INTRODUCTION

“Sudha Dairy is the name of quality and trust”.


It was formed in the year 1981 in collaboration with the
National Dairy Developer Board.
Its founder was Dr. Varghese Kurien. Since 1988, it has been
named as Vaishali Patliputra Milk Producers Cooperative
Federation Limited. This organization belongs to the
farmers; the representatives elected by the farmers handle
its management. Annual General Meeting of the Association
is held every year. Vaishal Patliputra Milk Production
Cooperative Federation Limited is working in 5 districts of
Bihar namely Patna, Vaishali, Saharan, Nalanda and
Sheikhpura. Almost 4 lakh liters of milk is being collected
daily, benefiting about 150,000 families.
