    Ominipotent view:

    1. directors are specifically dependable for an organization's victory or failure


    2. manager is independently dependable for the execution of the organization. If an organization
    is thriving or unprofitable, the result is generally because the high-level directors is the one who
    take effort and make decision.

    Symbolic view:
    1. Managers are indirectly responsible for the success or failure of organization. There are
    lots of outside factor affect the organization’s performance such as technological, legal,
    global and others.

    Strong cultures
    1. They key values are intensely held and widely shared and therefore has actual influence
    on employee’s perception and behavior. (class)
    2. They key values are escalation held and broadly shared and thus has real impact on
    employee’s recognition and behavior.

    may be influence directly by the activity of company.
