Instructions: Watch the video below. Then compose a critique of the presentation by
spotting at least five (5) mistakes in it and suggesting points for improvement.

1. They forgot to introduce their Topic.

In the doing class report or etc. we should always remember to introduce and explain our
topic before diving into our presentation. Also, it is important because it forces the
speaker to be mindfully aware of explaining the topic of their presentation to the audience
with a clear purpose provides the audience with a single, simple idea to remember of
what you are trying to convey.

2. They’re all speaking confusedly while presenting.

Their problems are when they are speaking to their colleagues in front while doing their
presentation, they continue to chitchat instead of presenting their report. In order for them
to avoid that kind of act they should keep in mind that speaking to an audience is matter
the most. They should avoid talking in front cause it kind of distracting in front of the eye
of their audiences.

3. They’re blocking their slides and the audience can’t see their presentation.
In the video we can see that students, are blocking the slides and we can’t see clearly
what are they’re going to present. In order for them to avoid this mistake they should
assign each of the members in which sides they’re going to stand for them to be aware
that audience need to see their presentation the most.

4. They’re not prepared enough.

They should keep in mind that practice makes everything perfect. It, allows plenty of time
before the presentation. This will help them become super familiar with their topic and
their slide deck. It'll also help them be more confident the day of that presentation.

5. They’re reading directly from the screen.

They just reading the content in the slides and they’re rushing their slides through the
presentation to just get it done and over with without further explanation, which is
incorrect. By doing presentation they should add up small details regarding to the
topic/content they are presenting so that the audience can easily understand what they
are trying to convey. Or much better hold some script/a small guide if ever they forgot
what they’re going to say and for them to avoid looking at the screen.
