    The table above gave me and my teammates a chance to understand and analyse each other’s
    style of thinking.
    While working on the stages of the task given, I observed that my individual opinion would
    match with my group members regarding selecting the appropriate item for the situation
    given to us. We were also able to understand and consider each other’s opinions equally by
    listening and understanding from the different ideas presented by one another. This helped us
    to understand and work using each other’s way of thinking that would help us not just in our
    MBA career but also in our corporate life.
    However, there were some stages where we were not able to agree and accept each other’s
    ideas in not just with the group but also while matching with the experts ranking. It shows
    that despite the great team effort, we lack certain communication skills. However, despite all
    this we would ensure that this does not hamper our academic group projects and because of
    this we are able to complete our tasks successfully and receive good academic grades.
    So, I can summarize that with a little more understanding between me and my teammates, we
    would be always able to perform any tasks given to us with sheer excellence.
