Health Guarantee

Please read the LIMITED HEALTH GUARANTEE and attachments in full before signing. In the
event of a dispute Daniela Lenherr will adhere to the terms of this contract as written.

I (name of purchaser) ________________________________, understand that Daniela Lenherr

is not responsible for any vet bills once I leave their property or Airport with my puppy. I also
understand Coccidida &/ or Giardia, kennel cough, pneumonia, hypoglycemia and other stress
related illnesses may occur in my pupy from the stress of the move or flight to my home and I
am solely responsible for any Vet bills incurred as a result.

I understand that puppies could develop "Parvo", a deadly disease. I understand this puppy has
been vaccinated for "Parvo" and every measure has been taken to protect my puppy from this
virus. I understand that Parvo is in the environment and if this still contracts "Parvo", Daniela
Lenherr is not responsible for any vet bills or death of this puppy resulting from said disease.

I understand I should not take my puppy to any areas where dogs are walked or expose my
puppy to dogs not vaccinated up to date, including off leah areas , pet stores, Vet clinic floors
and parking lots or near the feces of other dogs at least until 2 weeks after his/her 6 month
booster is completed as this could transmit "Parvo" to my puppy.

I understand that while Grade 1 & 2 heart murmurs are a congenital health defect they are
excluded for refund under this LIMITED HEALTH GUARANTEE because there is a high probability
the puppy will out grow these conditions.

I understand that this puppy is guaranteed until one year of age against fatal life altering
congenital disease adversly affecting the health of the animal and non-treatable. This includes
severe hip dysplasia, which hampers a dog's movement and natural gate and requires surgery to
correct, kidney, heart, pancrease, spine and liver problems of a severe life threatening and
altering nature. If this dog dies within this one year time frame the buyer will pay to have it
autopsied to asertain reason. If reason is congential the seller will refund the puppy. This
guarantee does not cover what in some breeds is considered normal; cherry eye, entropion,
"loose" hips, skin allergies, elongated soft palate, teeth alignment, bite alignment, poisoning
ingested, biting of electrical cords, consumption of prescription or non-prescription drugs,
antifreeze, toxic plants, vitamins or ingestion of any substance toxic to animals including food
poisioning and eating of bones.

Seller and Agent will not be responsible for any medical expenses incurred. Buyer is aware that
owning a puppy means trips to the Vet and understands that he/she will be responsible for all
payments to the vet and understands that this puppy has been treated with Baycox, and
dewormed regularly since 2 weeks of age. I understand that this puppy has received proper
vaccinations and dewormings up to date. The buyer has been informed of these and must retain
records from a licensed Vet of continued care for the first full year or this guarantee is null and
void. This guarantee does NOT include Coccidia, Giardia and kennel cough, which are common
in puppies and caused by bacteria, protazoa and viruses. A puppy diagnosed by two
unassociated with any serious genetic or congenital defect in the first year of life will be
replaced as follows:

· Animal must show the defect by one year of age. Seller must be notified of the problem
within 2 business days of the lisenced Veterinarian's determination and have two
reports from two unassociated Veterinarians stating the same problem and seller will
provide a refund.

· All medical information, full disclosure, must be sent to Sellers Vet at the Wetaskiwin
Animal Clinic for review and assessment by our vet also.

· A puppy with a defect must be returned at Buyers expense or with the prior permission
of the seller, euthanized, to qualify for a refund. A returned puppy must be returned to
the seller in good condition, other than the specified problem, at the buyers expense.

· There are certain disorders that may be caused by environmental factors, for example:
allergies, thyroid dysfuntion, demodectic mange, idiopathic seizures and other
autoimmune disorders that are not covered by this guarantee.

· Any physical problem, which is or could be the result of injury, is not covered under this
guarantee. There is no guarnatee or warranty that the Buyer will be able to show or
breed the puppy regardless of show or breeding potentials. Puppy has been sold only as
a companion animal and this guarnatee covers only that use.

· The parentage/pedegree is correct to the best of the Sellers knowledge. The Buyer
agrees not to hold Seller responsible in any manner in the unlikely event that a problem
might arise from the puppies parentage/pedegree.

This contract supersedes any and all previous agreements.

This contract is null and void if the terms and conditions are not fullfilled

Buyer understands that if he/she is no longer able to care for or no longer wants the puppy/dog,
must be returned to Daniela Lenherr who will the screen for a potential good home for the
puppy and the buyer will be paid back for the highest price able to rehome puppy. Please make
sure you know you are not allergic before taking your puppy home as this is very hard on the
family and the puppy being rehomed. No other expenses like food or Veterinarian care prior to
return of the puppy to Seller will be refunded to Buyer from Seller.

In the event of death, an autopsy report must be performed as Buyer's expense to determine
the congenital defect if any and cause of death. The report must be provided before a refund is
given. The breeder is not responsible for any Veterinarian charges or fees in diagnosing or
treating any illness or genetic defect. Daniela Lenherr is not responsible to refund a puppy for
any of the following reasons; poisoning ingested, biting of electrical cords, consumption of
prescription or non-prescription drugs, antifreeze, toxic plants, vitamins or ingestion of any
substance toxic to animals including food poisoning, lawn chemicals (can cause serious seizures
in puppies) , eating of bones, rawhides, neglect, idiopatheic seizures or abuse. If your
Veterinarian or mine determine the the sickness or death was caused by a hypoglycemic attack
brought on by lack of proper care then no refund will be given.

There will be no refund given if the death was the result of abuse, neglect or accident. ie. Lawn
chemicals can cause seizures in puppies.

This dog is warranted only for the purpose of a companion animal. There is no warranty given as
to its fitness for any special purpose outside of this.

Any vaccines not completed to the puppy by the due date will make this Guarantee Null and
Void.

This contract is written for the protection of the breeder, the buyer , the agent and the puppy.
To the best of the breeders knowledge the puppy is in good health at the time of sale.

A puppy with a defect must be returned or euthanized with the prior permission of the seller to
qualify for a refund.

· A returned puppy must be returned to the seller in good condition, other than the
specified problem, at the buyer's expense. The owner will then qualify for a refund.

· Submissive wetting, and /or behavioral problems, house training abilities are not
covered by this guarantee. Responsibility of the buyer to train and socialize the puppy
starts the moment the puppy enters your home.

· Any physical problem which is or could be the result of injury is not covered under this
guarantee.

· There is no guarantee or warranty the the Buyer will be able to show or breed the puppy
regardless of show or breeding potentials as they as sold as companion dogs only.
 · While we do our best to give an accurate adult weight, there is absolutely NO
GUARANTEE that the puppy will be the estimated size.

This contract supersedes any and all previous agreements.

This contract is null and void if the terms and conditions are not fullfilled like immunizations
kept up to date.

Buyer agrees the he/she understands this contract fully, and that this contract is under the
jurisdiction of the Province of Alberta, Canada , in the County of Camrose. It is agreed that the
place of venue shall be in Camrose County.

If in the event a puppy cannot remain in your home, the said puppy MUST BE RETURNED TO
Daniela Lenherr to ensure we screen the new potential home thoroughly. Any reason other than
previously allowed by this guarantee and has to be re-homed (example- Allergies) There will be a
$300.- re-homing fee which we keep back from the highest price we are able to rehome your
puppy at which will be held back to the seller and buyer will be reimbursed only for the amount
we are able to rehome your puppy for. No other expenses like food, Veterinaria care, puppy
training classes or dog supplies prior to return of the puppy to seller will be refunded to buyer
from seller.

Buyer's Obligation:

1. The buyer agrees to provide the dog with proper exercise, diet, shelter and general care and
provide Veterinary care including checkups, preventative, vaccinations and deworming on a
regular basis.

2. The buyer agrees that Daniela Lenherr is not liable for any vet bill, loss, death or injury at any
given time.

3. I agree to have this puppy Vet checked by a Veterinarian

within 72 hours of purchase of said puppy to ensure this pup is
healthy at the time of sale. Failure to do so will make this
Guarantee Null and Void in total.
4. I agree to provide this puppy with a loving home and to make sure his/her needs are met
including socialization and veterinary care when needed. Enjoy your new puppy and
remember... puppies are babies too and will need plenty of rest, love and kindness.
