INT. WIDGET’S WORKSHOP – DAY

CLOSE ON WUBBZY - addressing CAMERA.

WUBBZY
(TO CAMERA)
Wow wow, everybody! You’re just
in time! Widget is showing us her
newest invention.

WIDEN TO REVEAL - WIDGET, WALDEN and DAIZY gathered

around WIDGET’S NEW INVENTION: the machine is large and
colorful with a BIG GREEN “SHRINK” BUTTON and a BIG RED
“UN-SHRINK” BUTTON. Widget presents it proudly to her
friends.

WIDGET
Tada! Presenting... the Shrinky
Dinky 3000!

WUBBZY/DAIZY/WALDEN
Oooooh!

WIDGET
This baby can shrink anything in a
flash. See this chair? Watch
this!

Widget places the CHAIR under a shower-like portal in the

machine. She hits the GREEN BUTTON and a GREEN BOLT OF
LIGHT shoots down out of the machine over the chair.

SFX: <ZOOP!>

The chair shrinks so fast that it seems to have

disappeared.

DAIZY
Golly - where did it go?

Widget goes to the spot where the chair stood and picks
up the now peanut-sized chair and holds it up for her
friends to see.

WIDGET
It’s right here. And all I did
was hit the “Shrink” button.

WUBBZY
Wow wow, Widget!

WIDGET
And when you want to make it big
again, you just hit the “Un-
Shrink” button.

She points to the Red button.

WALDEN
Amazing, Widget. I believe this
is one of your best inventions
yet!

WIDGET
(blushing)
Jeepers, thanks!

Daizy examines the tiny chair closely.

DAIZY
But what are you going to do with
this tiny chair, Widget?

WIDGET
Well, Daizy, I’m going to put it
in your new dollhouse.

DAIZY
My what?

WIDGET
Oops - I forgot. It’s supposed to
be a surprise.

Widget walks over to a PURPLE TARP in the shape of a

small house. She removes the tarp and reveals the
ULTIMATE DOLLHOUSE.

WIDGET (CONT'D)
Tada! Presenting the Daizy
Dollhouse 3000!

Daizy <SQUEALS> with delight.

DAIZY
For me? Lavender lollipops! It’s
so-o-o-o cute!

WIDGET
Yep - all I have to do now is get
a little more pink paint to finish
the roof.

WALDEN
I think I may have some extra
paint in my laboratory, Widget.
You’re welcome to it.

WIDGET
Gee, thanks, Walden.
(to Wubbzy and Daizy)
Be back in a little while. Don’t
touch the Shrinky-Dinky while I’m
gone!

WUBBZY & DAIZY

We won’t!

Widget and Walden exit, and Wubbzy and Daizy are left
alone with the machine and the dollhouse.

WUBBZY
What a great house, Daizy! I wish
I could play in there! <giggles>

Daizy looks at the Shrinky-Dinky, and gets an idea.

DAIZY
Hey - maybe we can!

WUBBZY
Huh?

DAIZY
We could use the Shrinky Dinky
3000 to make us tiny enough to
play inside the dollhouse.

WUBBZY
Gee - I don’t know if that’s a
good idea, Daizy...

DAIZY
Oh, it’ll be so much fun! And when
we’re finished we can push the Red
Button just like Widget said, and
get big again before anyone knows!

Wubbzy tries to resist, but is intrigued by the idea.

WUBBZY
Well...okay. After all, what could
go wrong?

DAIZY
Hooray!

Daizy and Wubbzy stand under the portal and Wubbzy

presses the green button with his tail. A green beam of
light shrinks them down to size.

SFX: <ZOOP!>

CLOSE ON WUBBZY AND DAIZY. They are now miniature

versions of themselves.

WUBBZY
Wow! We’re teeny-tiny!

DAIZY
Let’s go into the dollhouse!

They run into the dollhouse.

INT. DOLLHOUSE - CONTINUOUS

Wubbzy and Daizy run through the various rooms of the

dollhouse.

IN THE LIVING ROOM -

WUBBZY
Look - it’s got real furniture!

Wubbzy bounces off the sofa.

IN THE PLAYROOM - Daizy opens a toy chest.

DAIZY
And real toys!

IN THE KITCHEN - Wubbzy opens the refrigerator.

WUBBZY
There’s even food in the mini-
fridge!

He takes out a steak and bites into it, and his teeth
bounce right off it.

WUBBZY (CONT'D)
But it’s not real food.

IN THE BEDROOM - Wubbzy and Daizy bounce up and down on

the bed.

WUBBZY (CONT'D)
This dollhouse is so cool!

DAIZY
It would be a great place to play
hide and seek!
(CONTINUED)

WUBBZY
OK! You go first.

He closes his eyes and starts to count as Daizy heads

through the other rooms.

WUBBZY (CONT'D)
One, two, three, four, five...

DISSOLVE TO:

INT. DOLLHOUSE – MONTAGE

A Montage of Wubbzy and Daizy playing in the dollhouse:

WUBBZY - finds Daizy hiding underneath the tiny kitchen

table.

WUBBZY
Gotcha!

IN THE TOY ROOM - Wubbzy and Daizy play with the various
little toys.

WUBBZY - slides on his belly along the floor, from one

room to another to another.

WUBBZY (CONT'D)
<giggles>

WUBBZY AND DAIZY - ride down the bannisters.

WUBBZY/DAIZY
Wheeee!

AS MONTAGE ENDS...

They plop down on two little COUCHES. Wubbzy <YAWNS>.

WUBBZY
All this playing has got me tired.
Maybe we should un-shrink
ourselves now.

DAIZY (O.S.)
<SNORE>

Wubbzy sees that Daizy has already dozed off. Wubbzy

shrugs and reclines on the couch.

WUBBZY
I guess we can un-shrink after a
little nap...

He quickly falls soundly asleep.

WUBBZY/DAIZY
<SNORES>

INT. WIDGET’S WORKSHOP – CONTINUOUS

Widget and Walden enter the workshop. Widget carries a

SMALL CAN OF PAINT.

WIDGET
Wubbzy? Daizy?

WALDEN
I guess they went home.

Widget quickly opens the can of paint and finishes

painting the roof of the house.

WIDGET
There we go! Daizy is going to
love this! I reckon I’ll bring it
over to her house right now.

WALDEN
Yes yes yes.

Widget picks up the dollhouse. We can see Wubbzy and

Daizy still sleeping soundly inside, unaware that they
are moving. Widget and Walden exit.

EXT. DAIZY’S HOUSE – LATER THAT DAY

Widget and Walden pull up to Daizy’s house in the

WUBBMOBILE. Widget carries the dollhouse to Daizy’s
front door and <KNOCKS>.

WIDGET
Hello? Daizy? I have your
dollhouse!

There’s no answer. Widget places the dollhouse in the

garden by the front door.

WIDGET (CONT'D)
I’ll just leave this here in the
garden. She’ll be so surprised.

WALDEN
She certainly will!

Widget and Walden hop back into the Wubbmobile and drive
out of view.

INT. DOLLHOUSE

Wubbzy and Daizy begin to stir. Wubbzy hops off the

couch.

WUBBZY
(stretching)
Ah! That was a refreshing nap.

DAIZY
I guess we’d better use the
Shrinky Dinky 3000 to make
ourselves big again!

Wubbzy looks outside and realizes that something is

wrong.

WUBBZY
<GASP!> Daizy! Where are we?

Daizy runs to his side and they look out to see GIANT
BLADES OF GRASS blocking their view.

DAIZY
It looks like we’re in some kind
of jungle!

They go outside to explore.

EXT. DAIZY’S GARDEN – TINY POV

Wubbzy and Daizy step out of the dollhouse to take in

their surroundings. Everything is HUGE!

WUBBZY
(looking up)
Wow - look at all these giant
trees!

Daizy <SNIFFS> the tree, then realizes:

DAIZY
Wait a minute - this isn’t a tree!
It’s one of my peppy petunias!

We ZOOM OUT to reveal the normal-sized garden. Wubbzy

and Daizy stand at the base of a flower. We CUT BACK IN
on Wubbzy and Daizy again.

DAIZY (CONT'D)
Lavender lollipops! We’re in my
flower garden!

(CONTINUED)

WUBBZY
Widget must have brought the
dollhouse here.

DAIZY
Golly, we’ll have to go all the
way back to Widget’s Workshop to
use the Shrinky Dinky and get back
to our normal size!

Suddenly THEY HEAR:

SFX: <ROAR>

DAIZY (CONT'D)
Did you hear that?

As Daizy and Wubbzy look around, the <ROAR> gets louder

and the ground starts to shake.

WUBBZY
We’d better get out of here!

They run off as the <ROAR> gets louder and louder.

EXT. GRASS

Wubbzy and Daizy run through the towering blades of

grass, as the <ROAR> pursues them.

Wubbzy turns back and looks up. All he can see are four,
giant, hairy feet <CLOMPING>.

WUBBZY
IT’S A MONSTER!!!

They run even faster, but the monster gives chase. As

they run, Daizy trips and falls. Her foot gets stuck in a
hole.

DAIZY
Wubbzy, help!

Wubbzy goes back to help her, but now the monster is

right on top of them. Just when they think they are
doomed Daizy notices a <BELL-LIKE TINKLING NOISE>

DAIZY (CONT'D)
(pointing)
Hey, wait! I know that jingling
sound!
(cups her hands and
yells)
LuLu!

(CONTINUED)

CONTINUED:

The onrushing creature comes to an abrupt stop.

We ZOOM OUT TO REVEAL that the monster is actually a DOG.

WUBBZY
Hey! It’s a dog!

We CUT BACK IN on Wubbzy and Daizy again.

DAIZY
<giggle> That’s my neighbor’s
dog, LuLu!
(yells)
Sit, girl!

LuLu sits down, and pants, creating GIANT DROPS OF DROOL.

As Wubbzy and Daizy jump out of the way of the tidal wave-
like splashes <SPLISH! SPLOSH!>, Wubbzy has an idea.

WUBBZY
Maybe LuLu can give us a ride to
Widget’s Workshop!

DAIZY
Good idea, Wubbzy.

They grab a piece of LuLu’s fur and climb to the top of

LuLu’s head. Daizy calls into LuLu’s ear.

DAIZY (CONT'D)
To Widget’s Workshop!

LuLu trots forward as Wubbzy and Daizy hang on tightly.

EXT. WUZZLEBURG – LATER

Wubbzy and Daizy are having a blast riding LuLu.

WUBBZY
Wow, this is fun!

Just then LuLu spots a CAT. She starts <GROWLING>, and

the Cat <HISSES>. Suddenly Lulu chases the Cat in a
circle, as Wubbzy and Daizy hold on for dear life.

WUBBZY/DAIZY
WHOOOOOOA!

Finally Wubbzy and Daizy lose their grip and are thrown
off Lulu, landing in the GRASS <plop!>. LuLu chases the
Cat as Wubbzy and Daizy watch their ride disappear.

WUBBZY
I guess we’ll have to walk the
rest of the way to the Workshop.
(CONTINUED)

CONTINUED:

They walk over and under the GIANT LEAVES strewn on the
grass. As they make their way they hear another <NOISE>.
This time it’s a loud <WHIRRING> sound. Wubbzy and Daizy
look at each other.

WUBBZY/DAIZY
Now what?

Just as they turn around a strong WIND starts gusting the

leaves – and them – into the air.

WUBBZY
It’s a windstorm!

The force of the wind whips them around.

WUBBZY/DAIZY
Aaaaah!

DAIZY
Where is this storm coming from?

We ZOOM OUT to reveal BUGGY wearing a pair of goggles and

using a LEAF-BLOWER to blow the stray leaves. He
<WHISTLES> to himself as he works.

CUT BACK IN on Wubbzy and Daizy getting tossed around.

WUBBZY/DAIZY
<SCREAMING>

They finally get blown into a big PILE OF LEAVES, and

disappear. Wubbzy and Daizy slowly climb out of the
leaves, popping their heads through. Wubbzy spots
WIDGET’S WORKSHOP in the distance.

WUBBZY
Look, Daizy! I can see Widget’s
workshop! Let’s go!

EXT. STREET

Wubbzy and Daizy reach the sidewalk. Widget’s Workshop

is on the other side of the street.

DAIZY
We’re almost there. We just have
to cross the street.

They look both ways - the street is quiet, so they cross.

They are halfway across the street, when they hear:

ANNOUNCER (O.S.)
(over loudspeaker)
Welcome to the Wuzzleburg Fun Run!
(CONTINUED)

WUBBZY
(stops, puzzled)
The Wuzzleburg Fun Run...?

ANNOUNCER (O.S.)
Runners, on your mark - get set -
go!

<STARTING PISTOL SHOT>. The ground starts to SHAKE and

<RUMBLE>. And around the corner a throng of RUNNERS,
wearing yellow T-shirts and numbers, come running right
down the street towards Wubbzy and Daizy. From their POV
the Runners look like GIGANTIC CREATURES running right at
them.

WUBBZY/DAIZY
Oh no...!

WUBBZY
RUUUUNNNN!

He and Daizy run down the street, holding hands, dodging

right and left as GIANT SNEAKERS are crashing down around
them <BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!>.

WUBBZY (CONT'D)
We’re gonna get squished...!

At the last minute, Wubbzy and Daizy jump off the road
and into the grass ---

EXT. WIDGET’S WORKSHOP

Wubbzy and Daizy land right in a MUD PUDDLE right outside

Widget’s Workshop <Splat!>

WUBBZY
Well - we made it!

Daizy spots something in the distance. It’s Widget and

Walden walking down the street!

DAIZY
Here comes Widget and Walden! We
have to hurry!

Wubbzy and Daizy quickly enter the workshop by running

through a small gap at the bottom of the door.

INT. WUBB CLUB – SECONDS LATER

Wubbzy and Daizy run to the Shrinky Dinky 3000.

(CONTINUED)

DAIZY
Quick, Wubbzy! Push the Red
button!

Wubbzy climbs up the machine and pushes the RED BUTTON

with all his might. But he’s not strong enough to click
it. He bounces on it with his tail, up and down,
bouncing higher and higher. Finally the button <Clicks!>
Wubbzy somersaults off the button and lands beside Daizy,
in the portal. Both of them get <ZAPPED> with a RED BOLT
OF LIGHT.

SFX: <ZOOP!>

And they’re back to their normal size!

DAIZY (CONT'D)
Hooray! We’re back to normal!

WUBBZY
And from now on, I’m gonna stay
this way.

DAIZY
Me, too! Dollhouses are strictly
for dolls!

ON WIDGET AND WALDEN - they enter the room.

WALDEN
Ah, here they are.

WIDGET
We’ve been looking all over for
you guys. It was like you
disappeared!

WALDEN
Have you been enjoying your new
dollhouse, Daizy?

DAIZY
Oh, yes, it’s been quite an
experience.

WUBBZY
Um, well, we’ll be seeing you...

Wubbzy and Daizy try to innocently slip out, but Widget

stops them.

WIDGET
(suspicious)
Hold the phone - have you two been
using the Shrinky Dinky 3000?

Wubbzy and Daizy are confused.

WUBBZY
How did you know?

Widget points to their feet. Wubbzy and Daizy look down

to discover that while their bodies are normal-sized,
their FEET are gigantic. Wubbzy and Daizy blush,
embarrassed.

WUBBZY/DAIZY
Oops!

FADE OUT.
