2. Same ate the last piece of cake. -> Same has eaten the last piece
of cake.
3. Dave travelled to Dover for a meeting.
-> Dave has travelled to Dover for a meeting.
4. We trained for the match. -> We have trained for the match.
5. Troy fell off his car -> Troy has fallen off his car.
6. Carl saw the new Harry Potter film. -> Carl has seen the new Harry
Potter film.
7. The birds flew south for the winter. -> The birds have flown south
for the winter
