    Reinvention for Progression

    As I open my eyes

    I hear the alarm ringing

    Hoping the day would be nice

    But, who am I kidding

    As I stare on the work that is in front of me

    I think of how many nights would I lack some sleep

    When the abundance of stress seems so steep

    I sit down and ponder the times when we were free

    The enjoyment of learning seems to cease

    Since the beginning of the new normal

    Students have to beg,"O please

    What could you do for the learners to feel at ease?"

    At ease, at ease with the idea that their education

    Would one day have a transformation.

    Possibly a reinvention to fit the current situation.

    Reinvent the way we are learning

    Since times has since been changing

    We do not need an innovation on previous ways of teaching

    But a creative reinvention suited for the new way of learning.

    Suited enough for students to feel the fun in learning.

    Suited enough for students to contain the information brought up in the discussion

    Suited enough for progression to start occurring


    Suited enough for learning to not have interruptions

    Salute, salute to all educators who are willing

    Salute, salute to all educators who are learning

    Salute, salute to all educators who are trying

    Salute, salute to all educators who are fighting

    Willing to keep teaching despite the situation

    Learning on how to give students a better experience

    Trying their best to learn better ways to teach their students despite the connection

    Fighting against the situation to give education for them to one-day reach their ambition

    The reinvention of science and math education midst the current situation

    May not been seen and noticed by the population

    But, it is still relevant for our progression

    What was once experiments done in laboratories are now online Gizmo Simulations

    What was once quiz bees done in competition are now Quizizz platforms

    What was once face to face discussions are now Zoom calls, Google meets, and Moodle instructions

    We can see the efforts you are trying

    To keep learning fun and exciting

    Should we stick to the reinvention of our Science and Math education?

    Even if we are slowly going deep to depression

    Due to stress and aggression

    Our imagination experiencing a recession

    We continue doing these to reach our ambition

    We don't know when the pandemic would finish


    And Covid cases start to be diminish

    For face-to- face classes to start to occur

    And risks of getting infected isn't much of a concern

    But, as of now we have to stick to what is obtainable

    And that is the new normal way of learning available

    Modular or Online, pick which one of them you are capable

    Since education is not tradable

    Education that is slowly being reinvented

    In subjects such as Science and Mathematics

    Amidst the Pandemic

    For learners and students like you and me to be contented

    For us to continue to be interested to pursue knowledge and continue our academics.
