Sales & BD – Selection Acquisition Team
Leading a team of 4 direct and 30 indirect reportees to acquire selection across BUs, drive HG and RU charters.
NFBF Regional Utilization – Pilot
● Engaging with central team stakeholders to define success metrics & apply key learnings from execution to make approach more robust.
● 19 brands are solved at least once as per the definition to achieve “>80%+” demand-weight of FSNs in 3 or 4 regions.
● 1st Phase: Seller backwards approach led to account management of 200+ sellers and a steady improvement of NFBF RU by 10 bips.

● Engaged with key stakeholders from HIT Category to change the return policies and reduce commissions of solar related verticals.
● Account managed 290 sellers from HH&HIT SCs with 18 executives and uptiered ~15% (44 sellers) of them during the DJF cycle
● Led the team to improve input metrics – speed (F-Assured)/stock depth(DOH>5)/price and PLA to uptier the Bronze sellers to GS level.
