Agastya Drekkana
Rishi Agastya listened the grievance of deities and drank entire sea in one rinsing. Then deities killed few monsters. Then surviving
monsters went to hades. As per one story, after degradation of Indra, Nahush became Indra. After crowning himself as Indra at rst
he strive after Indrani to make her his wife. When Indrani had conversation with Brihaspati, he asked Nahush to ride on unique
vehicle on which none have ride yet now. Nahush was in fascism, so he asked rishi to ride himself. After climbing on rishi’s he started
to wish rishi by telling them “sapan sapan” (hurry hurry). Agastya rishi could not tolerate this. He gave curse to Nahush and made him
snake. Thus he taught lesson to drunk people.
There is a story, Vindhya mountain was jelous of Sumeru mountain, hence he expand himself and stopped way of Sun. Brihaspati,
Niruti, Varun, Vayu, Kuber and Rudra prabhruti deities requested Agastya rishi to stop expanstion of Vindhya mountain. Mahamuni

Agastya said ‘Tathastu’ and he said, “I will accomplish your task.” Agastya muni started meditation. He saw Vishwanath in meditation
and said Lopamudra, “Indra who had cut wings of all mountains quite easily, why is he unable and blunt to reprimand only Vindhya
mountain? Adityagan, Vasugan, Rudragan, Tushitgan, Marudragan, Vishwedevagan who can diminish 14 lokas with their sight only,
why don’t they are unable to stop growth of this mountain? Yes, I understood whatever munis told me about Kashi I recollect it.”
Mumukshugan should not left Kashi otherwise inhabitants over there will undergo many problems. Then after touching water of Asi
river many times he looked at Kashi and said, “Look at Kashipuri nicely. How will you stay beside Kashi and how will Kashi stay?” Then
muni saw that eminent Vindhyagiri is coming towards him by stopping airway. Looking at Agastya muni with his better half/life
partner he shivered with fear. He said politely, “I am poor and your servant. Kindly oblige me by giving order.” Agastya rishi said,
“Vindhya, you are noble and know me better. Kindly stand in bowing position unless I come back.” Mountain was happy that muni
didn’t curse him. Really it was his transmigration. Then chariot of Sun start riding horses and sunrays covered earth as usual. Vindhya
mountain is yet now waiting in still position for Agastya muni in bowing condition. We bow humbly to divine dedication of Agastya
rishi.
Durvasa Drekkana
Durvasa accepted invitation of Ambrish and said that don’t break fasting unless he returns after bathing at river. Lots of time spent
but durvasa 00didn’t return. Ambrish wanted to break fasting. So on insistence of guru Vashishtha, Ambrish took tulsi and broke
fasting and was waiting for Durvasa. Durvasa had misunderstanding that Ambrish has made his insult by breaking fast in his absence.
He became angry and produced a monster from his matted hair and asked him to kill Ambrish. At that time, Sudarshan Chakra of Lord
Narayan, killed monster and protected Ambrish.
Other stories are there where every one is afraid of rishi andhis anger
