    Int. M. H. Del Pilar St., Pasig City, do hereby NAME, CONSTITUTE, AND APPOINT, MELANI
    V. TORRES, of legal age, Filipino citizen, and presently residing at Lot 19 Block 4 Phase 2
    Maple St., Greenwoods Executive Village, Pasig City, whose signature appears below which I
    declare to be genuine and authentic, as my true and lawful ATTORNEY – IN – FACT for me
    and in my name, place and stead to do and perform all or any of the following acts and deeds;
