    SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

    KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

    I, CECILIA G. MALICSE, of legal age, Filipino citizen, and presently residing at No. 12 M
    Emerald St., Cypress Vill. Apolonio Samson, Quezon City, do hereby appoint, name and constitute my
    brother-in-law NARCISO B. MALICSE, likewise, of legal age, Filipino, with residence address at
    Baclayan, Bohol, to be my true and lawful ATTORNEY-IN-FACT, for me and in my name, place and
    stead, to do and perform any of the following acts and things to wit:

    1. To transact, negotiate, sell and receive the proceeds of sale of a parcel of land particularly owned
    by my great grandfather MARCELO MALICSE located at Barangay Cambanac Baclayan Bohol;

    2. To enter into and sign the DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE, EXTRAJUDICIAL SETTLEMENT
    WITH SALE of the above parcel of land in my behalf, and transact with any government office,
    agency or instrumentality;

    3. To represent in any transactions relative to the sale of the above-described parcel of land and to
    sign for and in my behalf any undertaking, instrument, necessary for the transfer of title in favor of
    the VENDEE and act in our behalf if there is problem arises in the future;

    4. To execute all the necessary documents to effect the sale and conveyance of above described parcel
    of land;

    5. to sign any and all other papers/documents/instruments relevant to the accomplishment of the
    above purpose;

    HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto said ATTORNEY-IN-FACT full power and authority to
    do and perform every act whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done in and about the premises, as
    fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if personally present, hereby ratifying and
    confirming all that said attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue of these presents.

    IN WITNESS WHEREOF, WE have hereunto set our hands this ____day of January 2019 at
    Quezon City.
