Recall what have you heard or read about these famous theories and their proponents.
A) Heliocentric Theory - The heliocentric hypothesis states that the Earth revolves around the Sun, with
helio meaning "sun" and centric meaning "in the center." It was developed over
many years by various
B) Theory of Evolution - A theory is a hypothesis about how something in nature works that has been
thoroughly tested through observations and tests to determine whether it is correct or incorrect. Various
philosophers and scientists, including an eighteenth-century English doctor named Erasmus Darwin,
suggested various components of what would later become evolutionary theory when it came to the
evolution of life. But it wasn't until Darwin's grandson, the more famous Charles Darwin,
released his
famous book On the Origin of Species that evolution became a scientific theory. Natural selection,
according to Darwin and another of his scientific contemporaries, Alfred Russel Wallace, is the cause of
evolution.
that have their roots in Sigmund Freud's work and theories. The concept that everyone has
unconscious
thoughts, feelings, wants, and memories is the foundation of psychoanalysis. The goal of psychoanalytic
therapy is to make the unconscious conscious by releasing repressed emotions and experiences. The
person can only be helped and "cured" if they have a catharsis (healing) experience.

__Human conduct is the product of interactions among three component elements of the mind: the id,
ego, and superego, according to Sigmund Freud'S Psychoanalytic theory of personality. Scientific concepts
transform the way we think about the world and our role in it. Nicolaus Copernicus devised a heliocentric
theory of the cosmos, which moved mankind away from the universe's physical core. Charles Darwin
proposed an evolutionary theory that firmly placed people inside nature's organismic order. Darwinism is
a theory of biological evolution proposed by Charles Darwin (1809–1882) and others, which states that
all species of organisms begin and grow by natural selection of minute, inherited differences that boost
the individual's capacity to compete, live, and reproduce.

denigration by disproving the notion that humans were "masters of their own house.

- The Internets arrival changed the world forever. Online communication and networking have resulted in
the formation of a new global village. There is an excess of accessible information in this Information
Age, which began with the widespread usage of the Internet in the mid-1990s. My peers and I are the
result of the Information Age's mix of positive and negative aspects. It began forming us as children
and continues to do so today. The majority of individuals believe that the Information Age has benefited
a variety of elements of daily living. Many things, such as "books, health care, movie and airline
tickets, construction supplies, music, and electrical devices," are available online (Torr 20). Some of
these things can be acquired for less money online rather than in a store. People also communicate with
one another via email, eliminating the need to travel long distances to see friends and relatives. Most
children in today's society have more computer knowledge and are connected to the Internet than
ever before, encouraging independence and self-sufficiency.

__Intellectual ideas are not usually accepted easily by most people because it can oppose their beliefs
and it could bring confusion towards their accustomed practices. For example, a Hungarian Physicist
named Ignaz Semmelweis discovered handwashing as a great prevention towards harmful bacteria.
However, he was being accused to have a mental illness and has been sent to asylum just to discredit his
discovery. For me, ideas can be very important that it could change everyone’s lives in the future. You
cannot say that someone’s idea is ridiculous because it doesn’t benefit you or it opposes your beliefs.
__In my opinion, intellectual revolutions transform societies in a bad way. This idea is based on Jean
Jacques Rosseau’s theory that intellectual advancements do not contribute to the improvement of society
but in opposite way. He thinks that it gives a terrible and destructive influences towards the life of people
who are once been good. For me, it is true because most intellectual ideas and advancements brought
nothing but chaos in the world. Take for example, the wide use of crude oil was discovered, and it gave
idea toward countries from claiming territories they could, just to have enough supply of crude oil.
