Offline Classroom Learning Standard Operational Procedures

Semester 2 Academic Year 2021 – 2022

1. The Offline Classroom Learning in semester 2 is started on the first day of school
Semester 2 Academic Year 2021 – 2022 on January 10th, 2022.

2. Parents must fill in a Letter of Consent regarding the semester 2 Offline Classroom
Learning policy. The letter will be shared.

3. All students of all levels from Primary 1 – 6 attend the Offline Classroom Learning with
the hybrid method according to the students’ group schedule.

4. Students attend the Offline Classroom Learning two times in a week according to the
students’ group schedule. Please kindly pay attention closely to the schedule since
there is a difference in the attendance time for lower and upper-level classes.

5. The online and offline students use the same Time Table of semester 2. There is a
difference for online and offline students on Friday’s schedule in their learning activity:

Online students : 07.30 – 11.05

Offline students : 07.30 – 10.45 (Murojaah for offline students is done in the
morning before learning activity)

6. There will be tasks (Individual Learning Activity) after online/ offline classroom
learning session for several lessons according to the time table. Class teachers will
inform the tasks/ activities that should be done by the students.

7. The zoom meeting ID and passcode that will be used during the online session:

• Lower level (P1 – P2)

8. Students who are allowed to attend the Offline Classroom Learning are only healthy
students (no symptoms of Covid-19) and their parents must have filled in the Offline
Classroom Learning consent form.
9. Students are allowed to attend if their parents have given their consent and filled in the
Student’s Self – Health Assessment Screening that will be shared by the class teacher
a day before the student’s Offline Classroom Learning schedule.

10. Students come to school based on the Offline Classroom Learning schedule that has
been set and go home on time.

11. Technical procedures of the students’ arrival:


a. Students arrive at school latest 15 minutes before the session starts.
b. Parents are not allowed to wait or park their vehicles at school during the Offline
Classroom Learning.
c. Students who come to school when it is not their schedule will be asked to go
back home.
d. Students wear complete uniform, health standardized 4-ply mask and a face
shield.
e. Students will have health screening by the School’s Covid Prevention Unit.
f. If the students pass the screening, they must wash their hands with soap and
running water, then they are allowed to go to their classroom.
g. If the students do not pass the screening (have symptoms of covid-19), the
students are asked to do Online Learning at home.

12. During at school:


a. Students are always been reminded and instructed to maintain the health
protocol optimally.
b. Students bring their personal water bottle, snacks, school books, stationeries,
hand sanitizer and wet wipes.
c. Students are not allowed to borrow or lend any stationeries and share foods with
one another.
d. During the Offline Classroom Learning, there will be no break time in which no
play time together in the school area, but students are allowed to have their
snacks, drink and walk around the school area at eyes breaking time under the
teacher’s supervision.
e. During the learning process, students stay in the classroom and are not allowed
to do any activity outside the classroom without any teacher’s instruction or
guidance.
f. Students take their turn to use the toilet, wash their hands thoroughly after using
the toilet, and the toilet will be sterilized by the school’s caretaker after use.
g. Student who feels unhealthy during the process of Offline Classroom Learning
will be checked by the School’s Covid Prevention Unit officer and placed in the
isolation room. If the student has a high fever, the school will coordinate with the
local Community Health Centre and local Covid Prevention Unit to check the
student and decide best things to do next. The parent will be informed about the
condition as soon as possible.
13. Technical procedures of the students’ leave:
a. Students will be staying in the classroom until their parents/ guardians pick them
up.
b. Before leaving the school, students will have health screening.
c. Parents/ guardians who pick up the student must show an A4 size paper
containing the student’s name and class on the easily seen spot of their
vehicles when picking up time.
d. Parents/ guardians are not allowed to get off their vehicles when picking up the
students.
e. Students will be re-considered to attend the Offline Classroom Learning if their
Parents do not pick them up on time.
f. Students directly go home and are not allowed to go somewhere else after
school.

14. The Offline Classroom Learning of Semester 2 scheme will be evaluated. We will give
you further notice if there is any other policy from the local government and Perguruan
Darul Hikam

school implements the health protocol that has been proposed

confirmed covid-19 student
