Policy
Section 1. The Company prohibits hiring employee’s relatives, whether by consanguinity or affinity.
These may include but not limited to the following;
Direct blood relations: Father, Mother, Sisters, Brothers, Cousin, Niece, Nephew, grand-son,
grand-daughter etc and up to 5th degree;
In-Laws: father-in-law, mother-in-law, sister-in-law, brother-in-law, cousin-in-law etc and up to
5th degree
Other In-Laws: Husband or Wife of the employee’s relatives, Cousin, Niece, Nephew, father,
mother, granddaughter, grandson of the Husband or Wife of employee’s relatives
Section 2. The Company prohibits romantic relationships between employees and prohibits employees
from dating or becoming romantically involved. This may pertains to all gender, female and male; male
and male; female and female and third sexes.
