PROLEARN ONLINE COURSES CONTRACT FOR STUDENTS

Rule of Operation and Conduct
1. After submission of this form within the specified deadline, it takes around 40 days to get the online access to the specified course.
2. Student can choose up to two (02) online courses from the list of 54 available courses (as per attached list)
3. Student is free to choose either one or two (maximum) courses at a given time.
4. Once enrolled, student must complete the course(s) within the specified duration.
5. After the completion of the course, students must produce the copy of online certificate received after the completion of the course to
the college as proof of course completion.
6. All courses are provided by the online partner and availability depends on them.
7. Courses will be updated from time to time based on their availability online by the provider.
8. I assure that I will not click for more than two courses while doing the course registration at ProLearn Website. If I click (intentionally or
unintentionally), I will be liable to pay the additional course fees (other than two courses)
9. Due to any of reason, if I am failed to complete the course within stipulated time period, then LBEF has right to deduct the required fees
from my Security Deposit account. I will not make any objection for this.
1. During the enrollment of the course, the “Total Fees” specified above is paid by the college.
2. Student need to complete the course by the specified “End Date” and produce a copy of completion certificate to the college to get the
waiver of the fees for the online course.
3. Course once enrolled cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. Once enrolled, student must complete the course.
4. In case student do not complete the course within the specified “End Date”, all the fees paid by the college for the course, needs to be
paid back by the student to the college. In this case, the amount is either added to the current fee structure of the student and/or
deducted from the security deposit.
Discontinuation Policy
1. These courses are provided by the college as an additional support to the students to enhance their knowledge and skills.
2. College can discontinue the program at anytime without any prior notification.
3. In case of discontinuation of the course by the college, the student who are already enrolled, need to act as per this contract.
