    Why did you join the club?
    I am very happy when I join the club. I took part in the garden club because I love
    gardening. Besides, I want to make friends with other members in the club.
    Part 3: You are a member of the garden club. You are talking to three other members
    in the garden club chat room. Talk to them using sentences. Use 30 – 40 words.

    A: I want to know about your plants in your garden?


    There is a big garden in my house. I plants many kinds of flowers sụch as roses,
    sunflowers and orchids,etc. Moreover, I grow vegetables to get clean food for my
    family.
    B: Do people in your country like gardening?
    Of course yes, most people in my country like gardening. They have a garden with
    many kinds of flowers and trees. Some of them make their rooftop a beautiful garden
    with flowers and vegetables.
    C: What season do you like? Why?
    There are four seasons in my country but I like summer best because I like going
    swimming. Especially, I have not gone to school in summer so I can go travelling to
    some famous places in my country.

    Part 4: You are a member of the garden club. You received this email from the club.
    Dear member,

    We are writing to tell you that the talk and slide show on The Gardens of Japan by
    Mr.Seiko has been canceled because the speaker has been taken ill. Mr.Jones has
    kindly agreed to give his talk on The Gardens of England again. I know that many of
    you have already heard Mr. Jones before but I hope you will be happy to hear him
    once again.

    Hi John,
    We haven’t talked together for a long time. How are you doing? I hope you
    and your parents are still healthy. I am writing this email to tell you some bad
    news. I have just received an email from the garden club. The talk and slide
    show on The Gardens of Japan by Mr.Seiko has been canceled because the
    speaker has been taken ill. I am very sad and disappointed about that because
    I have been looking forward to this show for months. What do you think?

    Dear sir/madam,
    My full name is Dang Thi Hien. I have been a member of the garden club for three
    months. I have just received an email about the cancellation of a talk and slide show
    by Mr.Seiko. So I am writing this email to express my feelings and give some
    recommendations.
    According to the announcement, the talk and slide show on The Gardens of Japan by
    Mr.Seiko has been canceled because the speaker has been taken ill. I am very sad and
    disappointed about that problem because I have been looking forward to him for
    months. I really want to hear his sharing about gardening in Japan. Besides, I have
    heard Mr.Jones before so I do not want to join anymore.
    Can I give my recommendation? I know the club tried to invite Mr.Jones one more
    time but most of our members have already heard of him last month. So I think the
    club should wait for Mr.Seiko for a week when his health becomes better. I really
    want to hear from him.
    I believe that a lot of people have the same idea as me.
