Banquet was motivated by the interacting
human nature of the French, family and
relatives of the emperor who often organized
gatherings while eating and drinking together
among their respective groups.
BANQUET IS …
Banquet is a special celebration or parties, accompanied by
eating and drinking together at a place that has been formed
in such a way.

Banquet is a large catering activity department where food &


beverage are served for pre-arranged number of peoples on
pre-fixed date & time agreed menu & price.

Banquet is service of an event that has been ordered and


planned in advance covers the service of food, beverages,
rooms and equipment needed in a certain time.

Banquet is a department that stands under the food and


beverage department. Which is responsible for the
implementation of the event and the provision of event
facilities.

• Banquet table is always can be fold for the
purpose of storage and mobility

1. IBM Table
• Size 180 x 45 cm
• maximum capacity is 3 person
• This table is for the meeting purpose
2. Rectangular Table
• Commonly call as "Oblong Table"
• Size is variation depend on manufacture and selection of
place to maximize capacity
• 90 x 180 cm (this is the best size, so it's same as 2 IBM
Table)
• 75 x 180 cm
• Capacity is 3 person

3. Square Table
• Size is depend on organization to match with oblong table
• This can be an extension for rectangular table or stand
alone for 1 or 2 person
• 90 x90 cm
• 75 x 75 cm
4. Half moon Table
• Half round table is famous with "Half Moon Table"
• This is can be an extension for rectangular when you
create boardroom style setup
• The size is depend on the chosen of rectangular table
• Diameter 150 cm
• Diameter 180 cm

5. Cresent Table
• Famous with Croissant table
• The size is depend of hotel choose
• 75 cm wide
• 90 cm wide
• Combine 4 table and put 1 round table in the middle can
create you Big round table for 20 pax
6. Round Table
• There is 3 size of Round table

- Large or Big Round Table


- Medium Round Table
• Diameter 180 cm
• Diameter 150 cm - Small Round Table
• Capacity 10-12 person
• Capacity 8-10 person • Diameter 120 cm
• Capacity 6-8 person
7. Quarter Table 8. Cocktail table
• The size is depend of hotel choose • Some hotel is call Bistro Table, some hotel is call Cocktail

• This table is use for cocktail reception, people will
standing on it
