We hope that you are eagerly preparing for PSG. We look forward to a fun-
filled weekend, but have some tips and reminders to help you get ready.
Please read each section of this email carefully.

Registration
 Registration will begin on Friday May 6th, 2011 at 7pm in the
Student Life Centre (SLC) at the University of Waterloo.
 If you are arriving on Saturday, registration will occur in the Student
Life Centre from 7 am - 11 am after which it will move to Columbia
Icefields (CIF).
 In order to register, you will be required to show your VALID school
ID card. If you do not have this, you will have to show a proof of
payment for the school year (since May 2010).
 Please remember to bring $20 for the spirit deposit. You will
receive this back at the end of PSG provided that your team arrives
on time with sufficient players for each game, your team does not
forfeit any games, and no misconduct occurs.
 If you are unable to make it over the weekend, NO REFUNDS WILL
BE ISSUED. In addition, refunds will not be issued for any
participant whose team has forfeited any of the games, who has
been removed from the games, or who is late arriving to the
University of Waterloo resulting in missing one or more of their
games.
Parking
 Parking is available at various locations on campus over the duration
of the weekend. Alternatively you can park by the Optometry building
(Lot X) on Hagey Blvd and Columbia St. West for free over the
weekend as well as the university colleges (shown on map).
 If you have booked a room on campus at REV you have one
parking spot by the residence for free (Lot S or V).
Itinerary
 A schedule of the weekend is attached.

Accommodations
 If you have arranged for accommodations on campus for both
nights, one person should check-in to get the room.
 If you arrive to the residence after 11 pm on Friday night, you
will be allowed into your room but will not be given a key. You will
have to officially check-in on Saturday morning, and will be given a
key at that point.
 On Sunday May 8th, 2011, you will have to checkout by 11 am. We
have arranged for a room in the residence to be kept aside for
anyone that needs to store their bags. You will be able to access this
room once every hour. You can also store things in your car.
Games
 Remember to bring your sporting equipment and a combination lock
for the change rooms.
 Game schedule is also attached. Please be aware of when your first
game starts so that you are on time.
 If your team does not show up within the first 5 minutes for a
game, your team forfeits the game and players will lose their Spirit
Deposits.

information, and directions for the weekend on your smartphone.
