contain this logo.
B. ASSESSMENT: How to Develop an Effective Marketing Mix
The marketing mix is a critical basis for most current marketing campaigns and company practices. So how precisely
businesses create it? It uses the 7 P's. The 7 Ps is a proven series of marketing strategies, which you can use to please
your target market customers in any combination. The 7 Ps are controllable but subject to your marketing
environments internally and externally. The use of a "tactical marketing mix" to combine these various marketing
tactics to meet the wishes of your customers.
The 7Ps begin with the word ‘product.' This may be a tangible object,or service. Basically, something that is for sale or
sold. This product refers to what you market, and all the features, rewards and benefits of purchasing your products
or services your customers will enjoy.
'Place' means where you want to sell the product or service or where you want to provide accessibility. It can apply to
anything from a factory or marketplace to a web e-commerce shop. The location where your company or affiliates live
ultimately needs to be suitable and available for your brand. Think that your buyers search for their goods and your
distribution capability,or here they spend much of their time. You should also understand how and where the
competitors sell. It is by understanding the consumer; their desires, needs and demands, that you determine the ideal
location to market your product.
The price you set must represent the perceived value of your product by your customers and should be in line with
your budget. If they find the price is too high, you can endanger yourself by losing a market that's in it for a deal, and
you risk losing this all-important opportunity if you have too low a price.
Promotion refers to the distribution, marketing and advertisement strategies. or It may mean conventional
advertisements, TV, radio, posters, etc., or more recent approaches, such as web content advertising, podcast
advertising, email marketing. The way you connect and share your offers with your audience can have a direct effect
on your brand's success.
There are two kinds of physical evidence: evidence of a service or transaction and evidence or assurance that the
brand exists. As physical evidence, for example, all services or goods obtained. Much like receipts, packaging, details
monitoring, invoices, leaflets or PDFs, etc.
Anyone directly or indirectly involved in the corporate sector is the 'people' part of 7Ps. If you don't have the right
people behind you, it makes no sense to create a great brand, creative product or an awesome social media presence.
It is important for your business to survive that all your workers, regardless of their background or customer-facing,
are properly trained and understand their position and its effect within the company.
Process. In our marketing mix – 'process' the seventh aspect defines a set of steps to deliver the product or service
to the consumer. The method is examined by analyzing issues like purchase process, payment processes, delivery and
customer relationship management.
C. TIME TO REFLECT:
Directions: Reflect on the learning that you gained in this lesson by completing the chart
below.
I thought if anyone wants to launch a product, they can just post it somewhere, like on social media or
billboards, but today I've learned it's more than that. I have learned that the business world is much more
complicated than we think. My knowledge of business creation is much greater now.
I have learned that companies and companies use Marketing Mix, made up of the 7 P’s, to establish a great
business. It all begins with the product. This is the starting point for everything. Without it, what's the
purpose of the marketing mix? Like in life, we always start with something. We always have this driving
force to move forward. And sometimes, most of the time, it's the hardest thing to find. A product must
undergo many tests, surveys, analyses, etc. even before it can even be launched on the market. As in life,
sometimes we have difficulty finding our motivation or inspiration to do things. But once we find out that it's
like everything's moving again and that we have the energy to do all the things that will follow. The next
step is finding the place, the location in which the business will be located. We can compare it to looking for
the sweet spot of bed, the most comfortable and relaxing way to sleep. We need to find the right place for us
to sleep smoothly, or to make the business work smoothly. Where there won't be much hindrance, but still a
competitive place to start the business. The next is the price. For us human beings, we can regard this as
knowing our true value. We must not set ourselves or products too low, which everyone will think that we
are just someone who can easily run over. Also, do not set it too high that others can't keep up or even we
ourselves will have difficulty being consistent with everything. We have to set the right amount. Next is
promotion. That's how we'll be seen by other people, about how they will be able to know or find your
product. Social media is an example of this. Now it's used as an advertising tool as well, instead of just being
a platform for people to know and know each other. Like humans, the way we are seen on these platforms
will have a direct effect on our life, which is in this sense, on our business. Physical evidence is like a gift or a
piece or a memory mark we gave someone. It is a reminder to them that we exist our that a certain event
has occurred. People are probably one of the most important. It is what keeps the business alive, it's what
keeps the business running. The last and important is the process. This is how we will transact or
communicate with our customers. The process must be something that will not be a hindrance for the
customer and must satisfy and be convenient for them. If someone takes this into account when starting a
business, they can almost guarantee a successful enterprise. But they must also remember that consistency
is the key. With consistency, they can make sure that they will always satisfy their customers and earn their
loyalty and trust.
