Clarification of Murli dated 3, 4.02.68 (for BKs)

Part-I

Today's Murli is a night class dated 3rd February 1968. People are attracted to the pomp and
show (bhabhka). When there is a lot of pomp and show in the path of worship, people are
attracted. Such pomp and show is created at the big centers that people come [go] there attracted
by it, and here in the Gitapathshalas there is no pomp and show at all. It is of course free. But it
is not so, that small children can enter. What would happen when they see the pomp and show?
The small children, who do not understand anything; they too enter to see the pomp and show.
So, one must be careful about this also. Now-a-days there are many drunkards and meat-eaters,
aren’t there? In a Government Museum anyone can go, and here there are the pure pictures. So,
it is like a temple. Therefore, no dirty person should be able to come inside, but now we cannot
make this arrangement. This arrangement will be made in the future. It will have to be done.

It would be asked - have you had a bath? Otherwise you cannot come inside. Which bath?
(Someone said - the bath of knowledge in Kampil) Yes, if you haven't taken the bath of
knowledge, if you haven’t purified your intellect by taking the bath (of knowledge), then you
are not permitted to come inside. Only the pure ones will be able to go inside. What? This fort
of the Pandavas will become such that no impure person will be able to enter. There are many
such people, who do not bathe after going to the latrine. Is it an issue only in the limited sense or
even in the unlimited sense? It is an issue in the unlimited sense too. They keep indulging in
vices and do not pay attention to the bath of knowledge at all.

That time will come, especially here, in this hall of Madhuban; the sinful ones will not be
allowed. That time will come… the sinful ones will not be allowed, especially in this place, in
the hall of Madhuban. The sinful ones will have to go to the other centers. Why? Otherwise how
will they understand? The sinful ones will not be allowed, especially on this Mount Abu. When?
They will not be allowed when this Madhuban starts to become a gathering of pure souls, for
which it has been said – You children will bring down even the Supreme Abode to this world. In
fact, there is no purer place than the supreme Abode.

Actually, you children make the entire world pure through the power of yog. You children make
it. This one does not make it. Who? Brahma does not make it pure and even the followers of
Brahma do not make the entire world pure. They leave this world and go away even before
making it pure. So, you children should feel so intoxicated! Why? It is because the one who puts
an end [to a task] has done everything. This one did not put an end to it, and even his followers
will not put an end to it. If any task is performed, and if someone leaves it in between before
accomplishing it, then it is not considered to be good. It is not good to leave any task in
between, without achieving complete success. And if the beginning of something is good, its
end will also be good.

The basic thing is about purity. It means that whenever someone enters the path of knowledge, if
they paid special attention to purity at the beginning of taking the bath of knowledge, then their
foundation is laid nicely. On the topic of purity we are reminded of the temples. Those temples

are just memorials. They are just the non-living idols that are placed there, but you actually
imbibed the true purity in the Confluence Age. Now you are becoming the same pure deities.

On the subject of studies, we are reminded of the College [if we think studies, we imagine the
college], and here in fact the teaching is done through the pictures.

The children should think – what are we doing according to Shrimat? One must remain clean.
Nothing should be there in the heart. If any dirt remains in the heart, then it spoils the vibrations
of the others as well. It is explained to the children become bodiless (ashariri bhav). You have
come to play your part here and there is an eternal part in the soul, which they keep on playing.
All those who exist have to play their part. So, this knowledge should remain in the intellect.
Which knowledge? That we are souls we are not bodies. If we remain soul conscious, then what
kind of a shooting will take place? The shooting of happiness will keep on taking place and if
we remain body conscious, then the shooting of sorrow will keep taking place. The rehearsal
takes place, doesn’t it?

You can explain to anyone through the picture of the ladder. The kingdom of Ravan is sinful.
The kingdom of Ram is pure. It is shown on the picture of the ladder, isn’t it? Then how were
we transformed from sinful ones to pure ones? How were we transformed from sinful ones to
pure ones? We fell down in the kingdom of Ravan, We went on becoming sinful, sorrow began
in the kingdom of Ravan. There was no sorrow in the kingdom of Ram. Still we met with
downfall, didn’t we? Did downfall take place from the first birth of the Golden Age or not?
Downfall took place. So, why did this downfall take place? How did we go on becoming sinful?
First we became sinful slowly, later, when we entered the kingdom of Ravan, we became sinful
very fast. Now, how to become pure? The matter [question] comes to the intellect. We became
sinful through the colour of the company of many and we become pure through the colour of the
company of the one, who is the highest on high.

Why do we become pure? What is special in the ‘One’? The specialty in that ‘One’ is that when
He comes in the company (of someone), He is not coloured by the company. All the other
deities, or the human beings, or the demoniac community, is coloured by the company. That is
why the One is praised as the highest on high. He is the hero actor. It is not so, that high and low
exits in the Supreme Abode. In the Supreme Abode, Shiv, the point of light, the father of the
point-like souls is there. Until that Shiv, the point of light comes in this world in a corporeal
form, how will He apply the colour of his company? The colour of the company is applied and
transformation takes place.

It is said that the world is reformed through vision. The vision, the vibration, the atmosphere
will be spoilt through dirty vision. The atmosphere will be purified through good vision. So,
who has such a vision that never becomes dirty at all? He is called Shiv…….

Part-II-Eng.

……..Shiv means benefactor (kalyaankaari). His vision never becomes biased (vakra) towards
anyone; it does not become a look with displeasure. (tedhi drishti). What? He is called an ocean
of love, an ocean of happiness. What about the other souls? No matter how much effort they
make, they become ill-tempered (tursh) to some extent or the other. Why do they become ill-
tempered? They are influenced by the company. That is why the Father says: If anyone becomes
angry, you must not stand in front of him. The Father’s case is something different. The virtues
of deities are different. The virtues of the human beings are different. The vices of the demons
are different. The virtues of the deities cannot be mixed with the virtues of God. The deities are
complete with 16 celestial degrees, completely virtuous, completely non-violent, the highest

among the human beings in following the code of conduct (maryada purushottam). If the Father
comes and becomes a completely virtuous one, if He plays a part like this from the beginning to
the end, then who will end this world of demons, that is full of vices?

Do the demons possess more power or do the deity souls possess more power? (Someone said:
the deity souls) Do the deity souls possess more power? The demons possess a lot of power. The
deities get power only when they get the power of God the Father. So, they went on
experiencing downfall by being coloured by the company of the demons for 63 births. Now we
have to keep the company of one Father. It is a matter of keeping the company through the
intellect. Then it should not be the case that we continue to keep the company of anyone through
the physical organs. Why? If we do so, then we will certainly be coloured by the company. That
is why it has been said that no sin should be committed through the bodily organs. Although
some good or bad thought occurs in the intellect, it does not accumulate any sin, but if one does
something through the bodily organs, then the colour of the company is applied vividly. Then
how will we transform from a sinful one to a pure one? The practice [habit] will become firm.
Which practice [habit]? If we perform wicked acts (dushkarma) in the Confluence Age, if we
keep the company of the sinful ones through the sinful organs, then the practice [habit] [of
committing a sin through the organs] will become corrupt, won’t it? So, how can we transform
from sinful ones to pure ones? We must keep the company of one Father alone. We should not
keep the company of anyone else. The intellect should remain busy thinking about such things:
how can we become pure? This is called the churning of the ocean of thoughts. How we became
sinful and how we become pure. One must remember the cycle of 84 (births). It is in fact a very
easy matter.

If we remember the cycle of 84 (births), then we have become sinful in the Golden Age, and
Silver Age too, but what is the difference? We have become sinful in the Copper Age and the
Iron Age too. The difference is that in the Copper Age and the Iron Age we experienced
downfall quickly. The sorrow increases quickly. The more sinful a soul becomes, the more the
sorrow increases, but in the Golden Age and the Silver Age, there was no sorrow at all. The soul
did become sinful. From being complete with 16 celestial degrees, how many celestial degrees
less did we have by the end of the Silver Age? We had 8 celestial degrees less. So, we did
become sinful, but just as there are two sides (paldey) of a balance (tarazu); if one goes down,
the other rises up, then it is said that one has suffered a loss. Similarly, we should check if our
sins have increased while being coloured by the company. Because as much as the Confluence
Age is pleasant (suhavnaa), it is frightening (daraavnaa) to the same extent.

If we follow Shrimat, then it is pleasant. If one follows the opinion of one’s mind, or if one
follows the opinion of human beings, then it will become frightening too. Why will it become
such? It is because, the actions that we used to perform in the outside world used to accumulate
one time sin for one action and after recognizing, after claiming to the world that we are the
children of God, we have recognised God, still if we perform sinful actions, then we will
accumulate a hundred times sins here; that is why the loss is also more. There is no question of
loss in the Golden Age and the Silver Age. Why? It is because the side of the noble acts, the side
of the soul conscious stage remains heavy and from the Copper Age onwards, the side of the
soul conscious stage becomes light. So, the souls belonging to the deity religion enter into the
company of the sinful souls very quickly.

The Father has said – Now consider yourself to be a soul and remember me, then all your sins
will burn quickly. If you remember anyone else, then the sins will not reduce. This is a spiritual
journey. The sins are destroyed through the remembrance of the Father. Why are they
destroyed? What is there in the remembrance of the Father? Sins are not committed in the
Golden Age and the Silver Age. And sins are committed here. There is a soul conscious stage in

the Golden Age and the Silver Age; that is why there is no question of sins being committed,
because there is no body consciousness at all and what about here? Here the body consciousness
attracts again and again. So, sins are committed. The remembrance of the father is forgotten.
There is a condition for the remembrance of the Father; what? That: consider yourself to be a
soul. If you wish to remember the Father while being in [the stage of] body consciousness, then
you would not be able to remember at all.

Many more sins are committed through that physical journey (i.e. physical pilgrimage). Yours is
a spiritual journey. So, you children should always do some or the other service. What? What
should you do to avoid body consciousness? You should always do some or the other service. If
you do Godly service, God Father would be happy. Even in the lokik world, if any child
becomes very helpful in the Father’s shop, then that Father becomes very pleased with that child
and the child receives his blessings. Here one receives so much power from the Father. We
children remember [the father] and the Father remembers the serviceable children. So, is there
more power in our remembrance or in the remembrance of the Father? (Someone said: In the
remembrance of the Father) So, you should not leave service. Benefit lies only in doing service.
If you don’t do service then certainly you must be doing disservice. If there is body
consciousness, if there is attachment somewhere, then the one who has attachment (for
someone) cannot do service………

Part-III-Eng

........Go on doing service. Say - this is a taabiiz (an amulet/talisman). Which one? What is our
taabiiz? (Someone said something) Yes, the badge that we used to wear, that badge is our
taabiiz. In the path of worship, what do the Tantriks (a person well versed in magical practices)
give? They give a taabiiz. That is worn around the neck. It is tied around the arm. Even here, the
Father says - let this hang around your neck. Whoever comes in front of you, take out the
taabiiz and tell them. It should not be the case that - you keep it in a physical pocket to take it
out and show it. Even if it lies in the pocket-like intellect, it is enough. Whoever comes in front
of you; go on giving the introduction of the three personalities. If you keep explaining about
them, all your sorrows will end. The sorrow of the ones who understand will end and your
sorrow will end as well. Tabeez is worn to avoid evil planetary effects (grahchaari) or illnesses.
Your souls are doing business. This business will give an in come.

Now death is staring at you. So, only by paying a complete attention to the studies will you
children benefit. The children have the faith that the Father has transformed us from human
beings to deities several times. Has he transformed just us children? Do only we children have
the faith? Won’t the one who is given this knowledge, develop this faith? They will develop
faith only to the extent to which they have performed elevated actions in the 63 births; and who
would have performed elevated actions? Only those, who have studied properly after the
Father's arrival in the Confluence Age, would have performed elevated actions. So, it remains in
your intellect that we have been transformed from human beings to deities several times. We
kept on becoming (deities) every cycle. If at least this much remains in the intellect, it is a great
fortune (aho saubhaagya). This is a big unlimited school. That is a limited small school. Why?
Why is that a small school? Why is this one a big unlimited school? (Someone said: The souls
of the entire world study in it) Yes.

They establish big universities. Universe means the entire world. But not all the souls of the
world study in a University and this is such a big school in which the souls of the entire world
study. But yet those who study are numberwise. Some are able to study less; some study more.
The Father feels much compassion. How should I explain to them so that it fits into their
intellect? There are some, who are unable to come away from the influence of the ghosts at all.

Instead of securing a place in the Father's heart, they go on experiencing even more downfall.
Some daughters are getting ready. They are causing benefit to many.

Arey! Are the sons not getting ready? What is observed even in today's schools? Do the girls
study better or do the boys study better? The girls study better. They even work well and give
the example, and what about men? They are more intelligent; still they are unable to use their
intellect in a good task. Here, the daughters are getting ready to give benefit to many. Then,
there are also the ones, who cause harm as well. They cause harm to themselves. If they cannot
benefit (anyone), they will certainly do harm.

Here, even the atmosphere should be of knowledge. Everything else should be stopped. Where?
Where does ‘here’ mean? It is where the Father sits and explains. Well, whether it is a
Gitapathshala, whether it is a Madhuban, how should the atmosphere be over there? The
atmosphere should be full of knowledge. No sign of ignorance should be visible to anyone. All
other issue should stop. The journey of remembrance that you perform has to be taught to others
as well. If you possess knowledge, it should be given to others as well. You have received the
identification (of the father), haven’t you? The identification of the Father that has been received
is to be given to others as well. You can explain the journey of remembrance to anyone in a
second. If they understand this journey, they would go to heaven. You meet many in the trains
too. There, you can serve anyone through the badge and make them the masters of the world.
There is no need to take (all the pomp and show of the pictures) paraphernalia (taamjhaam) of
the pictures[unnecessary pictures] on the train. The badge should be available in the pocket-like
intellect. One can explain to whoever, whenever they come, depending on the person.If you
explain, it will fit into their intellect.

This is the unlimited Father. What? What should you explain about on the badge? This is the
unlimited Father. Who is the unlimited Father in the Trimurty? On the badge, on one side is the
Trimurty and on the other side is the picture of Lakshmi and Narayan. Now sit and explain to
them: this is your unlimited Father. Who is he? Is He the three personalities? The three
personalities are not the unlimited fathers. Then whom should we indicate? Arey! There are
three personalities sitting there. Among them, who is the unlimited Father? The one who is
called Dev-Dev-Mahadev. Why is he called Mahadev? Others have been given just a title of
deity (Dev) and he has been given the title of the greatest deity (Mahadev). What great task did
he perform?

They are shown in the picture? What are the pictures a memorial of? They have performed such
an act (charitra). What is the act depicted in the picture? The form of the father sitting in
remembrance has been shown. So, it should be explained to them. Who is this one sitting in
remembrance? Is Shiv sitting or is Shankar sitting? Shankar is sitting in remembrance. There is
no need for the Father Shiv to be in remembrance at all. He is beyond sins and noble acts. He is
the giver of knowledge. He is not a receiver of knowledge. Who needs to obtain knowledge, the
sinful one or the pure one? The sinful one needs to obtain knowledge. He does not enter the
cycle of birth and death after coming to this world at all. He does not get coloured by anybody's
company at all; so how will He become sinful? So, that Supreme Soul Father, 'Shiv' is revealed
in the world through Shankar. So, this is our Father.

Part-IV-Eng

..........Explain (to them) that this Vishnu is not your Father. This Brahma is not the Father. His
name itself is Brahma. Brahm means big, Maa means mother. The most senior mother in the
world. Someone may ask - Is this the senior mother? Sitting here is a person with beard and
moustaches. So, explain that there are no temples of Brahma with beard and moustaches in the

world. There is no memorial. In the memorial that has been built, he is not worshipped. The
same Brahma with beard and moustaches, through whom the 'Brahmakumari Ishwariya Vishwa
Vidyalay' was established, is incomplete. This is the basic knowledge of the beginning. This is
not the ultimate knowledge.

When that Brahma leaves his body and enters a mother, he is worshipped as the World Mother
(Jagdamba), but Jagdamba is Jagat-amba (world mother). She is certainly not the Father. One
does not get the inheritance from the mother. Whoever is Jagdamba…; what is the task of
Jagdamba? If she is satopradhan (pure) she is Jagdamba. If she is tamopradhan (degraded), she
is Mahakali. What does Jagdamba herself become? She becomes Mahakali. She becomes
Mahakali and destroys the demons. So, it is not that she will destroy only the outside world.
What? Whose Jagdamba is she? Is she (Jagadamba) for the people of the world? First she
belongs to the Brahmins, doesn’t she?

There is also a world of Brahmins. In the world of Brahmins, the souls of every religion have
come to become Brahmins or are there souls of only one religion? The Hindus, who were earlier
deities, converted and went to other religions. The same Hindus convert again now, in the last
birth, when God comes, what do they become? They become numberwise Brahmins. Nine
categories of Brahmins are famous. The Brahmins have been shown, one category higher than
the other. So, there are nine categories and there are nine special religions in the world. Souls
drawn from those religions have now gathered in the Brahmakumari Ishwariya
Vishwavidyalaya. The Basic knowledge is given through Brahma, the form of a mother. What?
The higher knowledge is not given. It is said - Neem hakeem khatrey jaan (little knowledge is a
dangerous thing).

If there is a little knowledge, then the doctor can cause the death of a patient; and what
happened to Brahma also? He died. He died while studying because he neither studied the
complete knowledge nor did he recognize the Father who teaches. Well, those who follow
Brahma also meet the same fate. The Father has said in the Murli; He said it through the mouth
of Brahma himself that you should not remember this Brahma. You will not get anything
through the worship of Brahma or through the worship of Christ. From whom will you get
anything? The one who creates even Brahma. Who creates the mother? The Father creates her.
So, he creates even the mother and he is the one who gives the knowledge to the religious
fathers as well. He is the Father of the fathers. Through the remembrance of that one Father,
whom we call the highest on high Father, all your sins will be burnt, but you must not remember
this Brahma. It is not a matter of remembering Shankar. What? Shankar is different and Shiv is
different. The souls of both are different. The point-like souls of both are different. One soul,
which is called Shankar, is sitting in remembrance, and the other soul enters him and gives
knowledge. It applies the colour of the company. The children are transformed from sinful ones
to pure ones through the colour of the company of the Father. This task of making someone pure
cannot be undertaken by anyone except the one Father. Nobody else can teach this Rajyog. So,
this is the unlimited Father. Unlimited means…? He is not the Father of two, four, six, eight,
hundred, two hundred crore children.

For example, Christ is the Father of how many children? There are 100-150 crore Christians in
the world; he is the Father of all of them. All of them accept him as their father, the father of
Christianity, but even he has a father. We are talking about that Father here. This is the unlimited
Father. We receive this inheritance from him. Turn that badge. Point out in the picture of the
Trimurty: this is the unlimited Father and through this unlimited Father - turn (the badge) and
tell them - this is the unlimited inheritance that we receive. Which unlimited inheritance do we

receive? (Someone said: of getting transformed from a man to Narayan and from a woman to
Lakshmi) This is the unlimited inheritance that we receive.

By knowing the Father, you will become pure and go to the abode of liberation. Those who have
been studying every cycle, only they will study. Also say this: If you have studied this
knowledge in the previous cycle, then you will study even now Why? Why is it so? Explain this
thing again: the entire cycle repeats again and again in exactly the same way. This cycle of the
world, the time cycle, repeats as it is. In this there are four scenes: Golden Age, Silver Age,
Copper Age, and Iron Age. At the end of the Iron Age, when God comes in the Confluence Age,
He establishes the Golden Age. So, this keeps repeating again and again. That is why it has been
said: those who have become pure in the previous cycle, those who have studied then; only they
will come and study this knowledge. If you had not studied, you will not study [even now].

There are such ones, if you start to explain to them, then what do they do as soon as they start
listening? They start sleeping. So, the Father says: warn them. What? If you might have studied
this knowledge in the previous cycle, then you will study alertly. If you might not have studied,
then you will not study [now]. There will not be any change in this fact. What? Only those, who
studied in the previous cycle, will study. Only those, who have become Lakshmi-Narayan in the
previous cycle will become this again. There will not be any change. You will say: We will
listen to this knowledge in the next cycle as well. This has fitted into your intellect. It is not
necessary that it will fit into the intellect of everyone, or into the intellect of those belonging to
those [other] religions. This practice should become firm. What? That we receive this
knowledge every cycle and after obtaining the knowledge, we become the companions of the
Father till the end.

Part-V-Eng

.........If you write down and give the sins committed in (this) one birth, it becomes a little lighter
for you. Do we write down and give the sins committed only in this birth or do we write about
all the sins committed in the past 63 births? In order to make our heart clean, in front of the
Father, we write the sins committed in this birth and give it. So it becomes a little lighter for
you. A little lighter means that half your sins will be destroyed just by giving it in writing if you
have written truthfully and given it. And you can burn [the remaining] half through the journey
of remembrance. Why? Why has half been left out? It is because the karmic accounts of the past
births keep getting transferred to the next births. It is not that in the births that we have taken in
the past, the sins committed in one birth are destroyed when we take the next birth. No. Some
sins remain. That is why it has been said: if you write and give it in this birth, if you write the
sins of only this birth and give, half of your sins would end.How will we come to know of the
sins of many births? There is more burden of sins of many births on this one and there is less
burden of sins of many births on this one, how will we come to know this? Arey, if someone has
received the knowledge, then should the mercury of joy rise or should it fall? It should rise. In
the path of worship it is said - Sanmukh hoy jiiv mohi jab hii aur janma koti agah naashaihi tab
hii i.e. (Only when the living being comes face to face with me the sins of many births are
destroyed). So, if one has found God, then the mercury of joy should rise immediately. It should
rise to such an extent that as long as we follow the path of knowledge, we should keep
remembering this fact about the beginning that: when we had initially started following the path
of knowledge there was so much joy, but now the joy goes on decreasing. There must be some
reason. What is the reason? The reason is that the opinion of our mind keeps getting mixed with
the Shrimat that the Father gives and we start following the opinion of the human beings. We
keep committing some or the other sin. Hundred times burden of sins keeps accumulating. The
stage keeps falling. So, then yog is required for this.

We are the sinful ones of many births. We are the Ajaamils of many births. Why did one get the
name Ajaamil? 'Aja' means a goat and 'mil' means 'they used to stay together'. They used to live
together, with whom? They have been living with sheep and goats. What do sheep and goats do?
One thing is that they keep shouting 'mai, mai' (I, I) and secondly, whichever path one goat
follows…if one goat falls into a pit, all the remaining will follow. The goats, the sheep follow on
the basis of blind faith. What did we too do in our life, in the path of devotion? Whatever
whoever said, we just followed him, Sat vachan maharaj (whatever you say is truth). We
became the Ajaamil of many births. We must think. So, how will these sins of many births be
destroyed? It takes time to remove so much burden, does it not? One must be very careful about
the battery. What? Those who have a mobile, what are they careful about? That the battery
should not get discharged. Otherwise, all the tasks will stop. So, this is also a soul-like battery.
One must be careful about charging it everyday. We must get transformed from a sinful soul to a
noble soul. Omshanti.

(Murli dated) 4th February, 1968. Everybody's position is different. Are there anybody whose
positions are the same? It does not happen like that. There certainly remains some or the other
difference. Human beings say (God is) omnipresent. If he is omnipresent then everybody's
position should be equal. But He is not omnipresent. Is He present in one or is He omnipresent?
He comes as someone who is present in one. He is praised only when He is revealed through
that one. Only then can He be remembered. If He is omnipresent, how can we remember Him?
Will we remember everyone? Will we be transformed from a sinful one to a pure one by
remembering everyone? No. Will the intellect become constant in one or will it become constant
in everyone? The intellect can become constant in one. It is even sung: the highest on high God.
So, if He is the highest on high, will He be one or will everyone be the highest on high? Only
one will be the highest on high and all the remaining will be numberwise ones. Thikkar (a heap
of soil) and bhittar (wall) will not be called the highest on high. It means that those who possess
an intellect like a thikkar; those who are scattered away from the path of knowledge as soon as
they stumble on Maya a little, will they, the ones possessing an intellect like thikkar, be called
God? There are many such ones, who follow the path of knowledge for some time, and then
they lose faith. They break away (from the path of knowledge) as soon as they face a little
struggle of Maya. So, how should God be? Will God come in someone possessing an intellect
like a thikkar? In whom will He come? God is revealed through such a person with an
unshakeable faith, who does not break away from the beginning to the end, like the Pole Star
(dhruv tara). Whom do the Brahmakumaris call God? They believe Brahma to be the corporeal
form of God. Some child performed such an action, he stumbled on Maya, and he met with a
heart failure. So, does he possess an intellect like a thikkar or a firm intellect (thakur-buddhi)?
He does not possess a firm intellect. That person will be said to possess a firm intellect, who
remains unshakeable in spite of stumbling any number of times in the world, who keeps his legs
firm like Angad (a character in the epic Ramayana), in the world of Ravan.

They do not know anything at all. They have such a degraded intellect (tuchch-buddhi)! Who?
Is it those from the Advance knowledge or from the Basic knowledge? (Someone said: those
from the basic knowledge) Are those from the basic knowledge more (degraded)? Are there not
such ones with a degraded intellect in the advance (party)? Do they not lose faith here? They do
lose faith even here. They start worshipping just anybody. They do not know their occupation at
all that, what is the occupation of the ones we worship? They will know the occupation only
when they live together for 24 hours. What? When can a person be judged? If someone lives
together continuously, then that person can be judged: how he is. And what about the devotees?
They do not try to come so close at all. So, they start worshipping just anybody. They do not
know the occupation [of the ones they worship] at all. Arey, if God comes, will His occupation
be an ordinary one? Although He comes in an ordinary body, but what kind of occupation does

He have? He has an extraordinary occupation (asaadhaaran dhandha). He has such an


extraordinary occupation that it cannot fit into the intellect of the ordinary children at all.

........They keep pictures of Krishna at so many places. Go to Shrinath (temple); go to this


particular place. It is the same path of worship. It is complete darkness. Knowledge will be
called daylight (sojhra). Now every one of you souls is a student. You are a student, so a student
should show mercy upon himself. It is not so, that the teacher will show mercy upon any
student. Does the teacher teach everyone equally or does he show more mercy upon someone?
Those limited teachers may even be doing so. This one is the highest on high unlimited teacher.
What I do, I become that. The student should study himself. He should not have connection with
anything else.

The true children, who are clever, intelligent must be feeling that the Father shows us such a
simple path! What? Nobody else in the world can show us such a simple path to go from
degradation (durgati) to the true salvation (sadgati). Definitely, we were impure (tamopradhan);
then we became pure (satopradhan). Now again after 84 births, we have become impure. Then
the Father has come and is showing us the path. This is a very great Father. What? He is not like
those human beings who start a task and then leave it in between and go.

All the religious fathers who came; what was the contract that they undertook? - we will reform
the world, we will change it. Then did they themselves change or did they change (the world)
and go? They themselves changed. The task was not accomplished. This is a very great Father.
How will He leave the task in between and go? What is the promise that He makes? I will take
you children along with me. Will He leave them in between and go? No. So, you should work
very hard. In whatever way possible, you must make this practice firm: I am a soul, I am a soul.
Otherwise, what happens? You become body conscious at every moment.You should become
detached from the name and form, shouldn’t you? The part itself is going to be completed. Then
we will play our part all over again. That is why the Father says: Now become soul conscious.
You children have now become aware that you have taken 84 births. Neither this one has taken
84 births, nor those who convert to other religions have taken 84 births, but you have taken 84
births. 'You' means what? Those, who consider themselves to be face to face with the Father,
have taken 84 births.

The children should know. About what? That how have we taken the 84 births? This knowledge
(samajh) should fit deeply into the intellect, how we have taken the 84 births, from the first to
the last birth. We souls are actors, are we not? If an actor does not know about his part, then the
Father says: he is a foolish actor. In those dramas, if anyone forgets his part in the drama, then
what kind of an actor is he called? Definitely, he will be called a foolish actor. So, what are we
now? Now we are just fools. We say: we are souls. Then if anyone asks: If you are a soul; how
many births have you taken? Then they will say: we have taken 84 births. Alright, if you have
taken 84 births, tell us in what way did you take the births? Where have you played your parts
and how? Then they will show a blank face. So, the children should know how they took the 84
births.

You must certainly imbibe virtues to reform yourselves. Look, Baba has got the picture of
Lakshmi and Narayan displayed in the room. By observing the aim and objective, the intellect
will be reminded. What will it be reminded of? That, we have to transform from a man to
Narayan. Baba gives the tactics. Well, whoever implements them will reap the benefits. Nobody
can have any enmity with the teacher. His task is to teach and the student's task is to study and to
improve the character. The character improves a lot in this study. Consider yourself a soul and

look at the (souls as) brothers. One must have a good understanding of this matter. It should not
be that we keep singing the song: "I am a soul, you are a soul. We are brothers among each
other." And then we start fighting, we start going to Courts, to the Police. The involvement of
the police begins.You must have a very good sense. Those who study should think again and
again: we must teach others. If one does not do service, then those who do not do service start
thinking about other things. The Father says: You should have this commitment (taant)
throughout the day. What? You should have the commitment of being soul conscious and you
should have the commitment to explain to others. We obtain this inheritance from Baba. Which
inheritance? Through the worldly father, someone becomes a collector, someone becomes a
master, and someone becomes a very prosperous person. The worldly father himself educates
and makes them so. And here? What does the Father make us here? (Someone said: Man to
Narayan) No, we do transform from a man to Narayan, but we become the masters of the
world....

The father gives us this inheritance. No inheritance can be higher than this. Baba knows, that
only those who do service will feel intoxicated. If one does not do service, then the Narayani
intoxication will not rise even to the level of dust. They will achieve a position worth pie-paisa
[the smallest fraction of Indian rupee now worth nothing.] among the subjects. The subjects are
also numberwise. Some subjects are first class prosperous ones. They sit close to the king. They
give a lot of cooperation to the king. They give cooperation through wealth, don't they? Some
are very poor among the subjects. They become the servants and maidservants of even the
subjects. So, there are many numberwise positions among the subjects as well.

So, one must have this happiness inside. Some are fools who do not understand. Baba has
displayed the picture of Lakshmi-Narayan. Wah! We become this through Baba. What? What do
we become? Through whom do we become a deity? We become a deity through Baba. So, this
is like being Manmanabhav, isn't it? It is the aim and objective. From where will that happiness
come? It is even praised - ask the Gop-Gopis about the supersensuous joy (ateendriy sukh). This
is the glory of which time? Is it a glory of the present time or a glory of the last time? This is a
glory of the end, when all your sins will be burnt.

Baba says - If you wish to make progress, sit in front of these pictures. In front of which
pictures? Should you sit in front of the pictures of Lakshmi and Narayan? All right, we
displayed the picture of Lakshmi-Narayan at home. Did you display it at the Gitapathshalas or
not? You displayed it at the exhibitions. You displayed it in the museum. Some placed the
picture of Lakshmi-Narayan and the four pictures on the vehicles and exhibited them. Then, did
they make progress? (Someone said: It cannot be possible without the intellect understanding it)
No. (Someone said - The living pictures) Yes. It is not just the matter of the non-living pictures.
You should sit in front of which pictures? Sit in front of the living pictures; then your mercury
of joy will keep rising. But for this, you have to make effort. What?

The business has expanded so much; can we pack-up that expanse of business so soon so that
we would sit in front of the pictures? Will that work? It will lead to a commotion. The society
will start chasing us; the family members will start chasing us. Everyone will pull from all the
four directions.

So, you must make an effort for this from the very beginning. You must not say it for namesake.
You must not keep the pictures just to show them to others. The topic should fit into your
intellect. If it is just for namesake, to show to others, then all this is a waste. Also keep your
photograph below the picture of Lakshmi-Narayan. Is it for little time or for longer time? Shall
we keep it for an hour and then remove it? Shall we keep it for two or four days and then
remove it? (Someone said: we should keep it continuously) Should we keep it continuously?

Which one? Is it the non-living picture or the living picture? (Someone said: the living picture)
Is it the living picture? Should we keep it in the intellect? Should we not keep it practically? If it
is kept only in the intellect…; firstly it is very difficult to keep it in the intellect. Can it be kept?
Can it be possible to keep it in the intellect without getting practically coloured by the
company? It cannot be kept. If it can be kept, then will we reach the Supreme Abode? Will we
be able to bring down the Supreme Abode to this world? Will it come down? It will not come
down.

That is why it has been said: keep the photograph in front of you. Also keep your photograph
below it. Should you keep it below? What will happen if we place it above? Keep your photo
below. It will remain in your intellect that we are becoming this. Until the stage becomes firm,
leave this photo there. Arey! Will the pictures be kept there till then? Will the stage become firm
or will it become even more degraded? Will the villagers, the family members not trouble you?
Will they trouble you or not? They will. So, should one make efforts to become free gradually or
should one run away suddenly like the sanyasis? (Someone said: gradually) Gradually? Until
when? The destruction is staring at us. Those who are firm don't even need the picture. What?
Those who are serviceable, those who are firm, (someone said: they don’t..) …even need the
pictures. If they keep on doing service, then the mercury of joy will keep rising. Omshanti.
