- Yes, mostly at the office where my grandma works.

- The text bring attention to problems, and they solve problems. They
accomplish their goals by informing the reader about new information like
policy changes, price increases, or by persuading the reader to take an action,
such as attend a meeting, or change a current production procedure.

APPLICATION
1. Explain the significance of a minute to an organization.
- Minutes serve to both memorialize the actions taken for those attending the
meeting as well as for those who were unable to attend the meeting. Minutes
should record the decisions made, not the surrounding discussion.
2. Explain the requirements if you are a note taker.
- This requires fast and accurate typing, legible handwriting, accurate spelling
and the ability to extract all relevant information from lecture material. To
provide notes to the student within 48 hours, in an agreed format to meet their
needs.
