    breastfeeding. Shall we start?
    Hannah: Is this your first pregnancy?
    Ezra: Yes, this is my first pregnancy
    Hannah: Sang san o ka nag bata?
    Ezra: 2 months ago ma’am, nabudlayan ko daan mag breastfeed sa
    akon bata since first time mom ko daan ma’am.
    Ezra: May I ask what is Kangaroo Mother Care, kay gaka batian ko daan
    ni sa mga iban nga mommies?
    Hannah: Kangaroo care also called skin-to-skin contact, is a technique
    of newborn care where babies are kept chest-to-chest and skin-to-skin
    with a parent, typically their mother (occasionally their father).
    Ezra: Ano ni ang iya mga benefits sang Kangaroo ma’am?
    Hannah: For mothers, is beneficial for mothers because it promotes
    attachment and bonding, improves parental confidence, and helps to
    promote increased milk production and breastfeeding success.

    Hannah: Store kana nga daan ahead of time para mabudlayan kon may

    Breast milk provides the ideal nutrition for infants. Breastfeeding
    lowers your baby's risk of having asthma or allergies. Plus, babies who
    are breastfed exclusively for the first 6 months, without any formula,
    have fewer ear infections, respiratory illnesses, and bouts of diarrhea.

    Hannah: Breastfeeding is important for mothers, because it can reduce
    Type 2 Diabetes and certain cancers such as breast cancer; and
    Strengthen the bond with their children.
