The Hopeville Village project comprises around 650 hectares of land in a very desirable area of Bulawayo between the
CBD and the airport. It’s expected to provide around 15,000 housing units and include stand-alone houses, town
houses, cluster houses and apartments. There will also be recreational facilities including shopping malls with
restaurants and cinemas, a golf course, a public park, schools, churches and an office park.
Stage 1 on the Woodville Road is a US$100 million development and is already 90% sold. The Hopeville Village offers
