UAP DOC 301 GENERAL CONDITIONS

Copy of Complete CD for the Contractor
Year from Final Acceptance of Work: coverage of Guarantee Bond 30% submitted before Final Payment
Once a month: Request of Payment Limitation

Copies of Shop drawings for architect approval by contractor
Months after Acceptance of Work: release of Performance Bond and Payment Bond
Weeks after demand of such drawings: no claim of delay shall be made

Sets of CD by the Owner for Contractor
Sets of As-built drawings + the Original: submitted by the Contractor before Final Payment
Copies of directory of Panel Boards (+list of circuits, instruction & manual of fixtures & equipment, keying schedule): submitted by the Contractor before
Final Payment
Months after the date of Final Payment: Release of Retention

Days before beginning, suspending resuming work; Contractor must notify Architect
Days before they are needed: Contractor writes request for supply of Owner-supplied materials
Days: notice to the Owner if the Insurance Company intends to cancel Insurance policy: Contract Liability Insurance
Days: notice must be submitted for extension of work to avoid liquidated damages

Days written notice to the Owner & Architect: If contractor will suspend/ terminate work
Days: the period that the architect failed to act upon Request for Payment by Contractor: Work will be suspended by Contractor
Days after certification of Architect: Owner fails to act upon Request of Payment: Work will be suspended by Contractor
Percent of Contract Amount: Contractor’s Performance Bond: Released after 2 months from acceptance of Work and after submission of Guarantee

Percent of Contract Price: Contractor’s Payment Bond: Released after 2 months from acceptance of Work and after submission of Guarantee Bond

Days: duration: notice to the architect for the claim for extra cost
