Strain in Tendons after all Losses (Prestrain)
Prestressing Tendons - from Figure 3:
Layer 1 Stress for strain at D = 0.8fpu/gm = 1161.7 N/mm²
Stress for strain at E = fpu/gm = 1452.2 N/mm²
Stress after all losses = 916 N/mm² < 1161.7 N/mm² Hence 0 to D part of graph applies.
Prestrain = fst / Es = 0.00458
Layer 2 Stress for strain at D = 0.8fpu/gm = 1161.7 N/mm²
Stress for strain at E = fpu/gm = 1452.2 N/mm²
Stress after all losses = 916 N/mm² < 1161.7 N/mm² Hence 0 to D part of graph applies.
Prestrain = fst / Es = 0.00458

Depth to Neutral Axis = x = 409.782 mm. (Calculated by iteration until total compressive force = total tension force)

Additional Strain in Tendons Due to Bending - from Figure 3:

Layer 1 Strain = 0.0035(1950 - 409.782)/409.782 = 0.013155
Prestrain = 0.00458
Total strain = e = 0.013155 + 0.00458 = 0.017735
Total strain = e = 0.017735 > 0.012261 Hence E+ part of graph applies.
Stress in tendon = fpu/gm = 1452.2 N/mm²
Moment about neutral axis for tendon force = -Ast·ssT(x - ds) = -5004·1452.2·(409.782-1950) = 11192.3 kNm
Layer 2 Strain = 0.0035(1820 - 409.782)/409.782 = 0.012045
Prestrain = 0.00458
Total strain = e = 0.012045 + 0.00458 = 0.016625
Total strain = e = 0.016625 > 0.012261 Hence E+ part of graph applies.
Stress in tendon = fpu/gm = 1452.2 N/mm²
Moment about neutral axis for tendon force = -Ast·ssT(x - ds) = -1668·1452.2·(409.782-1820) = 3415.9 kNm

Total moment from steel forces = 11192.3 + 3415.9 = 14608.1 kNm

The moment from concrete forces is obtained by integrating the product of the concrete stess from Figure 1,
the concrete area and the distance from the neutral axis.
Total moment from concrete forces = 2089.7 kNm
Moment of resistance of Section = 2089.7 + 14608.1 = 16697.8 kNm

Ductility Requirements
Total area of stressed tendons = 6672 mm²
25% of the total area of stressed tendons = 1668 mm²
Area of outermost layer of tendons = 5004mm²
Hence 25% of the total stressed tendon area lies within outermost layer.
Strain at centroid of outermost tendon = 0.017735
Limiting Strain from Clause 6.3.3.1 = 0.005 + fpu/(gmEs) = 0.012261

The calculated ultimate moment 16697.8kNm meets the ductility requirements
