- Communicable diseases are diseases that can be transmitted from person to person.
- Communicable diseases of the reproductive system are diseases that transmitted between persons
during sexual activity, also called STI (sexually transmitted infection).
- STI can cause STDs (sexually transmitted diseases) e.g., Herpes, Gonorrhoea, Syphilis, Human
Papilloma Virus (HPV) and Human Immunodeficiency virus (HIV).
