ORDER

As per paper read 1 st above, the Government, as part of its initiative to raise non-tax revenue,
enhanced the fees/charges levied by all Governemnt Departments and Public Sector / Grant-in-aid
institutions for various services offered to the public by 5% with effect from 01.04.2019 and directed
the Heads of such Departments / Public Sector/Grant-in-aid institutions to issue necessary orders with
details of revised rates and report to the Finance department.
The aforesaid Governemnt Order has been implemented in the University vide paper read 2nd
above.
Sanction has been accorded by the Vice Chancellor to hike the fees for examination and other
services rendered by Pareeksha Bhavan by 5% with effect from 01.04.2019, as stipulated in the U.O.
No. 4087/2019/Admn dated 20.03.2019.
Accordingly, the fees for the examination and other services rendered by Pareeksha Bhavan has
been hiked by 5% with effect from 01.04.2019.
The revised fee structure is appended.
Orders are issued accordingly.

ORDER

As per the University Order read 1 st above, the fees for examination and other services rendered
by Pareeksha Bhavan was hiked by 5% with effect from 01.04.2019, as per Government direction. The
fee for condonation of shortage of attendance was also included in the revised fee structure, a service
which is not provided by Pareeksha Bhavan.
As per the University Order read 2 nd above, the fee for condonation of shortage of attendance
was revised by the General & Academic Branch IV.
Since the above said service is not provided by Pareeksha Bhavan and the fees has been
revised by the General & Academic Branch IV, sanction has been accorded to exclude the fee for
condonation of shortage of attendance from the revised fee structure of Pareeksha Bhavan in
the University Order referred 1st above.
The revised fee for condonation of shortage of attendance shall be that specified in the University
Order read 2nd above.
