Landlord and Tenant(s) are parties to the lease agreement (hereinafter the “Lease”) dated

Tenant(s) agree to completely vacate the property, which shall include the removal of all furniture and
personal property that belong to the Tenant(s), on or before the day of ,
20 . If Tenant(s) fails to timely vacate the property the Landlord may immediately proceed to
exercise all remedies available under the Lease and as otherwise provided by law.
Tenant(s) affirm that any furniture and personal items remaining in or on the premises that belong to
the Tenant(s) may be discarded, destroyed or disposed of in any manner Landlord sees fit. Furthermore
Tenant(s) agrees to hold Landlord, Owner and their Agents harmless against all liability in the retaking of
the property and the disposing of all furniture and personal items.
Tenant(s) acknowledge and agree that this agreement does not act as a waiver of Landlord to pursue
any damages or monies owed under the Lease or as otherwise provided by Florida law.
Tenant(s) acknowledge and agree that this agreement shall not be effective unless all persons who are
parties to the Lease sign this agreement.
