Position Overview

We want to create the best digital product offerings for our customers along the customer journey and
their needs. We will do this by focusing on three priorities: Deliver value to the client, generate revenues
for the bank and be innovative in everything we do.

We are searching an IT Application Owner/Delegate (ITAO) for the agile tribe „Digital Products“.
This tribe has three major goals.

1. Conception and design of new digital products and services for digital offerings
2. Development of digital product offerings in New Banking domain for DB Onlinebanking
3. Improving the portfolio of value-added services with new and existing cooperation partners

The ITAO is responsible for the entire application lifecycle management of a single or multiple application
instances. The ITAO has to ensure that the applications are enhanced and maintained in accordance to the
Bank’s IT Policy requirements.

Responsibilities:

- Engage and manage multiple main stakeholders to ensure regulatory application compliance, smooth
operations and a sound development lifecycle. (Including Business, Security, Development, Test (QA),
IT Support, Finance, external Vendors and Architecture)
- Ensure the application is compliant with the companies IT policies, based on regulatory requirements
- Be accountable for a high service availability and stability, while continuously managing projects for
maintenance or enhancements of the application
- Raise tickets and priorities these for the development team as a stakeholder in an AGILE-SCRUM
environment
- Support further development by ensuring availability and stability of all relevant environment stages
(INT, UAT, PROD)
- Live and facilitate a DevOps approach by setting up monitoring, configuring deployment-automation
tools, preparing software packages, raising and implementing changes, as well as managing
certificates and software licenses

Your skills and Experiences
- Experienced in working with multiple stakeholders. Ability to create and naturally maintain good
business relationships with all stakeholders
- Very good presentation and communication skills in English (additional German knowledge is a plus)
- Highly organised and self-driven worker with strong analytical skills
- Professional with >2 years of work experience in a global IT organisation. Preferable already with
hands-on experience in Software Development, Governance, Project Management, Application
Management or Operations
o Work experience in AGILE organizations is a plus, as well as familiarity with SCRUM
- A strong technical level of understanding for some products/technologies below is highly welcomed:
o Microservices, Docker, RedHat OpenShift
o Coding languages and Frameworks (Java, Spring Boot)
o Application/web servers (WebLogic Server, Tomcat)
o Database technology and scripting (MySQL, Oracle)
o Unix (Logfile Analysis, Configuration)
o Communication and encryption protocols (SSL, TLS)
o Networking (firewalls, load balancers, etc.)
o Agile delivery tools (Jira & Confluence)
o CI/CD toolchain (UCD, Bitbucket, TeamCity, Artifactory)
