I. OBJECTIVES:
At the end of the session, the students are expected to:
a. Classify the different factors that affect the promotion of good mental health.
b. Select the common stressors that affect adolescents.
c. Distinguish people who can provide support in stressful situations.
III. PROCEDURE:
a. Motivation:
Ask the students about the topic. What will be their idea when they heard the word “MENTAL”?
b. Presentation:
Good mental health is more than the absence of a mental health problem.

c. Activity
The teacher will group the class into 5 groups. In each group they must present or discuss in
front of the class the topics assigned to them. It is by group but they will present their idea individually.
IV. ASSESSMENT
In your quiz notebook, answer what is asked.
1. Why is dangerous drugs included in mental health problem? (5pts)
2. Why is it considered a “Dangerous Drug”? (5pts)
3. Give a situation or example that dangerous drugs can affect the promotion of good mental health?
(5pts)
4. Give at least 5 stressors that affect adolescents.
V. ASSIGNMENT
In a long bond paper, put pictures that show the bad effects of using dangerous drugs. Write
little caption of what kind of drugs it is. Pass it next meeting.
