o Work as part of a team to make ownership of all HR (Human Resources) functions within
the bank including staff development, training, and all issues concerning staff welfare.
o Maintain all staff documents, including contracts, leave, and sick benefits.
o Participate in internal and external recruitment procedures.

Answer:Based on our discussion, applicants who are suitable to fill a positions according to the
responsibilities given are the first applicants because the first applicants already have a lot of work
experience that is very suitable for the responsibilities that will be given. So, the first applicants will
understand their work faster and they will not need further training. That's because those who have
experience have been directly involved in the same work situation, only different companies. In
addition, someone who has work experience also knows the ethics in the world of work. From a
study of 500 companies conducted by the “University of Hertfordshire”, almost half of the
respondents surveyed felt they “liked” relevant work experience, good work ethic and relevant
subjects when hiring graduates.
As for the second applicant, although the educational background is as expected, the experience is
lacking in that field. so it takes a longer adaptation in understanding his work

Answer:
The qualification needed for this job are
 be enthusiastic
 hard-working and flexible
 Ability to speak Spanish is essential

The experience needed for this job is at least 3 years experience in marketing.

We think Slobodan Ibrahimovic can't apply for this job. Although, he has the right
qualifications but not for his experience. The company need a applicant who has three years
experiences but he only has two years experiences in marketing.
