1. What is your position in TMC?

A. I am Donald Sy Visperas and one of the co-founders of the company.

2. Including yourself, how many employees work at TMC?

A. Since 2018, we have almost 15 employees but at present due to pandemic we


reduced the numbers of the employees.

3. What type of content did you create to advertise your business?

A. At present, we use social media content in terms of advertising through videos and
photos. It’s a matter of putting all your ideas into it and knowing what your
audience needs. You may need to experiment in marketing efforts to figure out
what specific types of content are going to speak best to our customers.

4. How much do you spend on advertising your products on social media platforms?

A. It depends, sometimes we push products and promos on various social media


accounts all at the same time. A four-digit figures per month I would say.

5. How did you manage customer complaints on your employer's social media profile?

A. We treat every customer complaint positively and constructively. For the


company it’s a way for us to improve our business approach, and assessing our
current and existing operations and service levels.

6. What strategies did you use to increase brand awareness of your company's brand?

A. Strategies are continuous improvement process until now we are still establishing
our brand name in the playing field that we are into. I say social media platforms
are still the best effective means of promoting our brand especially during this
time through e-commerce.

7. What differences do you see when you eventually use social media as a marketing strategy?

A. During pre-covid when we still have a physical coffee shop the level of sales I
would satisfactory but when we shifted our operations through e-commerce and
tweaking our business strategy through online, I would say it becomes more
effective than before.

8. What strategies have proven best in your experience to generate leads on social media?

A. I would say knowing the existing trends in the market and analysing it against our
existing business operations in order to cope up for the future and innovating our
products, menus, services to stay in the market and hopefully generate some
advances.

9. Do you think your current marketing strategy is effective enough to dominate the market?

A. I reckon it’s not yet enough as you all know the technology keeps on evolving fast
so we need to continuously improve our strategy to stay in the market and make
use of the technology to our advantage.

10. How do you continually learn about new trends in the social media world?

A. We use these social media demographics to assess the trends in our market
industry like Google trends & Ads, Facebook Media and Instagram Ads results.
Keeping an eye on our competitors, existing major and new upcoming players in
the market. Leverage our core group and team. Local targeting to be more
prevalent. Lastly, choosing the right influencer to continue our brand awareness
and investment.
