Bon Appetea started as an Express Brew Tea Shop located at Strata 2000 Ortigas, Pasig City. In
the midst of popular Milk Tea brands, Bon Appetea stood out by creating premium-flavored
drinks and a wide array of tea-based drinks to choose from. Bon Appetea also offers delicious
Because of Bon Appetea’s efficiency and growing customers, it has opened different branches
all over the country— inside and outside Metro Manila, and still expanding.
Our chosen company is Bon Appetea Molino branch which is owned by Ms. Josephine
Mangaya. It is located in JEMCED Bldg., Molino National Road, Molino 3, Bacoor, Cavite. Her
business started last August 8, 2018. According to her, she chose the said particular location
because it is near to the schools which makes it applicable to her target market which are the

Ms. Josephine Mangaya is a sole proprietor which means that the company has a simple
organzational structure. It is owned and operated by her who is also the final say about
strategic, financial and marketing matters. She does not have to answer to anyone regarding
decisions about business operations. She only needs to keep business operations safe and legal
and run a business that is profitable enough to meet its financial obligations.

1. Bon Appetea uses a manual DTR to track down when do their employee come in and go
to their work. In addition to that, they also have biometrics to know whether their
employee tells the truth or not. With their biometrics, they could easily test the honesty
of their employees.
2. When Bon Appetea started last year, they used the Facebook app in hiring an employee.
Through their Facebook page, they post a job application to those who want to be a part
