The petitioner is requesting for the court to order the issuance of a new owner's duplicate copy of title in lieu of the lost one due to a flashflood incident in 2012 that damaged his duplicate title and other personal belongings.

The petitioner is requesting the Regional Trial Court to order the Register of Deeds for the City of Batangas to issue a New Owner’s Duplicate Copy of Title in the name of Petitioner in lieu of the lost one.

The petitioner's duplicate title was damaged along with other personal belongings when a flashflood forced him and his family to evacuate their home in 2012, leaving most of their belongings destroyed.
