Group learning and self-study

Nowadays some people hold the belief that people can gain more benefit by
group learning rather than self-studying. Personally, I partly agree with this
statement.

On the one hand, cooperation in learning can accelerate learning speed and
facilitate efficiency. Particularly,

On the other hand, indeed, self-

studying is usually far from
exhilarating but can make people easily succumb to boredom[Comments].
Intrinsically, studying by one self can sometimes preclude people from gaining an
insight into the lesson due to the fact that autodidact can neither learn from
other intellectuals nor deal with their mistakes or misapprehension accurately.
For example, while learning a new language, in lieu of learning on one’s own,
forming a group can facilitate the learning process as people can practice jointly,
convey knowledge, thus, enhance individual ability comprehensively.
