My name is Desti Supriati, I am graduating from Sahid Institute of Tourism with D3


degree in Hospitality by October 17th, 2016. I am interested to seek a job opportunity in
your Hotel.

Through a year of on the job training session in two different 5 Star Hotels namely
Aryaduta Hotel Jakarta and Keraton at the Plaza, a Luxury Collection Hotel, I discover
that my passion and talent is working in the Kitchen area. Under guidance of several
chefs, I am able to create various patisserie products. On top of that I also have been
trained in Banquet, and Western Kitchen.

I have been working in Ninetynine restaurant grand Indonesia jakarta as a pastry cook
and also i have been working in the Cruise Ship ( Costa Crociere S.p.A ) for 5 months
as a Commis de Cuisine and also i have been working in Candylicious bali as commis
Italian gelato maker. My current job is as Commis 1 pastry in Lv8 Resort Hotel, Bali

I am a hard working, team work, open minded person and I like to learn something new.
I also easily adapted to a new environment and able to work under long hour.
