    din natin kung ano yung mga different characteristics ng filipino culture as well as the weaknesses of it.

    NEXT, so now lets talk about what is culture or ano nga ba ang kultura.

    So, culture usually define as beliefs or yung mga paniniwala at kaugalian dati na dala dala pa rin natin up
    until now or Ito yung mga idea na kinaugalian ng bawat individual or groupo sa isang lugar. Now Let’s
    define culture more further.

    We can see that there are different definition of culture according to different author

    So according to kohak in 1984 culture is at the root of human alienation from the environment.

    So pag sinabi nating alienation parang it separate as or inaisolate tayo. So sabi ni kohak ang culture daw
    ay ang root or main reason upang mailayo tayo sa ibang environment, and this is true, kase kapag ang
    culture na meron ang isang lugar is very particular, like for example is filipino culture. So this alienate as
    in other particular environment. Tulad na lang ng culture sa western area or sa American culture. DIba
    mostly alam natin na ang ang mga tao dun ay parang liberated or they can do what ever they what sa
    katawan nila. Which is hindi normal satin yun dito sa pilipinas. Kung baga mag kakaibang cuktura mag
    kakaibang direction or path yung ating tinatahak kaya nag reresult ito ng alienation or inihihiwalay tayo
    sa ibang environment. Kaya nga diba parang pag umalis tayo sa country natin tapos pumunta tayo sa
    ibang country meron taayong tinatawag na culture shock kase nga hindi tauo sanay sa kanilang kultura.

    So alam naman natin na ang kultura ay composed of different things or concept or ideas, also norm and

    na pwedeng nating mahawakan. Kung baga culture is a concept it is purely in our mind and can be seen
    through action kung baga ito ay parang ahhhmmmm nitrogen sa isang bulaklak or spirit natin, ito yung
    nag bibigay buhay para ito ay mag grow. Ito yung nagiging way para mag karon ng interaction between
    every individual para magkaron ng social life ang bawat isa.
    And the next one is from Lederach on 1995 so he introduced culture as the collective knowledge and
    schemes generated by a group of people to perceive, view, convey, and react to the social realities
    around them.

    So, para naman kay lederach ang culture ay mga pinag sama samang idea or knowledge from the group
    of people sa isang lugar para maipakita at maipahayag ang kanilang social reality or ang kanilang mga
    paniniwala o kaugalian. So ito yung mga values and norms or beliefs na meron ang isang group of people
    sa isang specific na lugar.

    Lastly is from Zimmerman, according to him culture is the characteristics and awareness of a specific
    community of people, including language, religion, food, social behavior, etiquette, fashion, music, and
    the arts.

    So yung pag tingin ni Zimmerman sa culture kung ikukumpara natin dun sa tatlong nauna ang definition
    ni Zimmerman sa culture is very precise or specific. He define culture in a more particular way. Sinabi
    nya dito na ang culture daw ay yung nga katangian at pagiginng aware ng isang community sa isang
    language like tulad natin sa pilipinas ang language natin is filipino sa ibang country naman ay iba din,
    ganun din pagdatng sa religion meron catholic, INC, islam and etc. at ganun din in food, social behavior,
    etiquette, fashion, music, and the arts so para kay Zimmerman ang culture ay yun yung nagigiging
    pagkakakilanlan natin or ng isang group na syang nag cecreate diversity ng bawat isa.

    Now from the definition that we had from different person or author there are 8 characteristics of
    culture drawn.

    So first is Culture is an analects of items with cultural or historical interest.

    So, sabi dito ang culture daw is an analects or ito ay collection or compilation ng mga cultural or
    historical interst. So, parang ang culture is mga pinagsama samang idea at kaugalian na nakuha natin sa
    mga pangyayari sa nakaraan na up until now is isinasabuhay natin.

    So, dito naman sinasabi na ang culture daw is a remark ng choice ng isang tao or group kaugnay ng kung
    paano nila nakikita ang isang bagay. Which is true kase tayo naman diba inaadopt natin ang isang culture
    kung alam naman natin na ito ay tama or maganda yung benefit natin dito, Ang yung mga culture na ito
    ay yung mga kinasanayan at kinagawain na dati na hanggang sa ngayon ay maganda yung nagiging dulot
    or remark nito satin. Kaya nga meron ibang mga culture dati na medyo nawawala na kase nga ang pag
    tagal ng isang culture sa isang country or group of people ay nasa choice ng mga ito kung iaadopt pa ba
    nila ito or hindi na.

    Kumbaga sa 3 it is important na maintindihan natin na ang culture is a harmony in the environment.

    pilipinas minsan lang tayo makaramdam ng malamig na panahon kase tayo is tropical country so ang
    culture ng fashion natin dito is naayon sa lugar natin. Alangan naman na mag suot tayo dito sa pilipinas
    araw araw ng makapal na jacjet diba. So kaya ang culture is nakadipende din sa kind ng environment
    meron ang isang group of people.

    language and etc. so ang culture daw ay isang malawak na concepts na meron ang isang group of
    people.

    Dito naman sinasabi na ang culture or kultura daw ay yung mga bagay na mahalaga sa isang grupo or

    bayanihan the bahay kubo and also the baro’t saya, Kase diba ang culture ng pilipinas pag dating sa
    damit ay yung mga barong at pilipinyana. Kase pag sinabi na filipino culture yun yung ilan sa mga bagay
    na nagbibigay remark sa culture natin. Or the jeepney diba ang jeep naman ay inadopt lang natin from
    the American colonial during world war so parang yung event nayun satin is very siginficant and the
    filipino people become more creative so denisign ito for the use of public.
