    RE: Contract Termination for Convenience; Contract # HHS000015800090

    Dear Ms. Rodriguez:


    The Texas Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS) is terminating the
    above referenced Contract for convenience under the DFPS Uniform Terms and
    Conditions Section VI(A).
    The contract termination date for your General Residential Operation (GRO) Contract
    will be effective on September 17, 2021.
    As provided for in your DFPS Uniform Terms and Conditions Section II(A), you are
    required to comply and complete the following contract actions after termination:
    1. Contractor will keep and maintain contract records and client files in accordance
    with the retention requirements.
    2. Contractor will not destroy or dispose of contract records or client files without
    DFPS’ written approval.
    3. Contractor will comply with all requests for information or access to the
    Contractor’s records, staff, and DFPS children for as long as you are required to
    retain these contract records and client files, as applicable.
    If you are unable to complete any actions above, you must notify your DFPS Residential
    Contract Manager immediately.
