    Hello, sir. According to the information i have here, the keynote speaker is Melcolm
    Crane, Director, Office of Labor and the seminar take place at 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM

    No, sir. According to the information i have here, we break at 11:00 AM after the
    presentation 2. And we have lunch at 12:00 PM

    Of course, sir. We have 3 presentations. The presentation 1 and presentation 2 take


    place at 9:00 AM and finish before 11:00 AM. The presentation 3 takes place at 11:30
    pm after break time and fisnish before lunch time at 12:00 PM

    a.m., Overseas Annual Sales Report presented by Mathew Stanley, Sales Department.
    Next is the New Market Trends report from Alison Becker, Management Support and
    the Effective Global Trade report from Graham Tesky, Planning Team. Finally at 1:30pm
    the Advanced Services report came from James Baser, Human Resources Department

    During this trip, you will stay at the Nova Plaza Hotel, Boston. You will stay at this hotel
    from Wednesday morning, August 21, until Thursday morning, August 29, you will be
    transferred to another location.

    is the flight to Seattle scheduled to leave?

    On Thursday, you will be picked up a your hotel at 9am. Besides, your flight to Seattle is
