I. THE PROBLEM
Presently, during this pandemic mostly some of students related in the word of
“cheating”. Because of the fact that cheating it is a minor crime that most of students
nowadays commit to gain an advantage such as high score and high grades and to
pass an examination without any sweat in reviewing. Furthermore, education system
teaches us to get higher points than higher knowledge. In addition to, If I am not
mistaken on Sunday night it was reported on television about "Online Kopyahan" on a
group page. The Facebook group “Online Kopyahan” goes viral for being allegedly
used to cheat on online learning tests and exams. The Department of Education has
expressed its concern after learning that the Facebook page is being used to get a high
score on online examinations and quizzes. The members of the group were sharing
photos of test papers and questionnaires with answers on various subjects. For
instance, in that case It Illustrate when I sent an answer to my friend on FB messenger
without thinking about whether what I'm doing is right or wrong.

II. ARGUMENTATION

 Would you cheat?

Answer: No. because of the fact that, I believe in the quote that “Cheating is a choice
not a mistake.”
 Whether you respond yes or no, explain your reasoning.
Answer: Due to fact that No is my answer. Because, in general it is wrong to steal from
other people’s hard work, or to achieve something good by deceiving those who have a
right to the truth. On rare occasions passing an exam may be critically important for the
common good, not my private good, such as for a spy trying to infiltrate an enemy
operation, and this may be the right thing to do. But never just for my personal benefit.
 Think of someone you have a great deal of respect for. Would that person
cheat? Why or why not?
Answer: I am pretty sure that this someone deserve my great deal of respect, she is
my one and only friend. Yes, she cheated. Due to the fact that she also wanted to get a
high grade but she did it in spite of the fact that, she knew it was wrong but she still did
it.
 What would you do if you cheated and then a fellow student confronted you
and was angry about what you did?
Answer: All I have to do is stop my cheating and I will apologize to my fellow students
who saw me when I was cheating and I realized that if once cheating it hurts yourself
because you aren’t learning anything when you do it. You won’t know the information
you go to school to learn; meaning you wasted your time, your teachers time.

 Suppose you cheated. If the teacher asked you the next day whether or not
you cheated, would you confess or make something up?
Answer: If teacher asked me if I cheated? I would answer. Yes, I will be confessing
with my teacher on what I'm doing. Due to the fact that there is nothing wrong with
telling the truth, if you know in yourself that what you have done is wrong. Moreover,
suddenly I realized that if you cheat to get better results then you’re lying to yourself as
well as to everyone else. Rather than spending your time thinking of really clever and
original ways to cheat without anyone realising, you should just spend that time
learning Instead of doing something inaccurate that you know will ruin yourself.
 Have you been in this situation? Would you change anything about your
decision now?
Answer: In the 18 years I have lived in this world, I have never experienced it situation.
Because of the fact that personally I believed Cheating is eventually leads to failure. By
skipping the hard work involved in learning, you will never develop the important traits
of persistence, dedication, diligence, and sacrifice. Success takes hard work, and
cheating is the easy way out. Eventually, you will find that it is difficult to achieve your
goals without these important skills. If I change anything in my decision now?
Obviously, Nothing because I'm happy nonetheless I'm not that smart but I'm not a
cheater.
 Have you ever seen someone cheat in class? What did it feel like?
Answer: Yes, so many times I have seen someone cheating in class. However, I did
nothing, why? Due to the fact that even though I know what they are doing is wrong
but, I don't control their lives they do what they want in life but still I don’t care. So, what
did feel like? Obviously so pathetic because the money given by their parents is also
wasted. Because of the that they are not really studying all they do is cheating.

 If one person cheats in a class, do you think anyone else is affected? Why &
how / Why not?
Answer: Yes, the only one who will be affected is none other than herself. In addition
to there will be an effect to herself, Due to the fact that cheating causes stress. When
you cheat, you inevitably worry about getting caught. The stress of getting caught
increases when you consider the possible consequences of your actions, such as
getting in trouble at home or receiving disciplinary actions from the school. Even worse,
you may have to develop a story to cover up your cheating, which can lead to getting
trapped in a web of lies because it’s so difficult to keep your story straight when it never
happened. It can be very stressful if you get caught in a lie, or if you think someone
knows about your cheating and might tell someone else.
 How big an issue is cheating in your school? Do you think it affects you?
Answer: No, due to the fact that I was not involved in cheating at our school.
Therefore, there is no reason for me to be affected. Furthermore, I know in myself that I
have been a good student all my life. I may not be brilliant, but I listen to lectures
properly, take notes, ask doubts. I am not going to lie that I work way too hard cos I am
pretty much a laid-back person. I have never cheated in exams even once and I have
always managed to get decent scores.

III. CONCLUSION
My final thoughts about cheating. Cheating is embarrassing. Your actions define who
you are to those around you. When you cheat, you are expressing yourself to others as
lazy, incompetent, untrustworthy, selfish, unintelligent, and disrespectful. In addition,
many schools are developing tougher stances on cheating. Imagine your
embarrassment when you are suspended for cheating or you discover that school
personnel informed college admissions officers of your actions.

IV. RECOMMENDATIONS

To begin with, I would suggest to those students who experienced cheating be honest
to yourself. Due to the fact that being, Honesty to yourself leads to a fulfilling, free life.
Honesty is not just about telling the truth. It's about being real with yourself and others
about who you are, what you want and what you need to live your most authentic life.
Honesty sharpens our perception and allows us to observe everything around us with
clarity. In addition to, just always stay focus, don't pressure yourself too much because
that's the reason why are you cheating. Furthermore, believed in yourself because of
the fact that when you believe in yourself, you're accepting who you really are. You're
not afraid to give your opinion and you're going to be proud of this person you're
becoming. When you believe in yourself you feel like you can handle the world! Positive
energy and little confidence give a major lift.
