Clubs all over the world have their own camporee. Last January, I
attended a cub camporee. It was my first visit and it was my first time
away from home. There were twelve persons who were the

The life of a girl with impaired vision is very hard and difficult as she
can’t see. She depends on smell and touch. She has a strong power
of smelling. She can’t enjoy the beauty of nature because she doesn’t
see. She can’t see anything. She can’t see the flowers, the blue sky
and the new green leaves on the trees. She cannot see these
because she is visually impaired. She has been unable to see since
she was born. She feels difficulty in the advancement of her life. If
other people help her, she can go ahead defying all odds of life
Dream of a Girl with Impaired vision
Everyone has a dream in life. But nobody knows that a girl with
impaired vision has also a dream. Maria is such as a girl. She wants to
set up a school of her own so that she can teach visually impaired
book about her feelings and experience. She wants to show other
visually impaired, she wants to show other blind children that they can
do something great. Indeed, the blind people are helpless but they can
old aged people. The after effect of flood is miserable. People don’t
get pure drinking water and suffer from different diseases like
calamity.

It was 21st February when I celebrate my last birthday. My mother held a party for

their presents and said happy birthday to me. We played a lot of games such as
hangman, catching, computer games and other exciting games. After playing the
games, we were hungry and ate the food. My classmates and friends sang the
birthday song to me. I blew the candles and made a wish before cutting the cake.
Then, we ate the cake happily. Everybody enjoyed my party very much. I hope my
mother would hold another birthday party for me next year again.
Cyclone Aila
Cyclone Aila hit the southern part of Bangladesh in 2009.It was an awful natural
disaster. Many people had to die due to this dangerous calamity. It was in the
morning on 25 May 2009 when the wind started to blow slightly and it was
raining lightly. But when it was late afternoon, the wind was blowing heavily.
People felt afraid and they ran to their home for safe shelter. But most of their
houses flew away. People also lost their crops, trees and many other belongings.
After the cyclone, people suffered a lot. They didn’t have drinking water or
sufficient food to eat. Most of the people took shelter in schools and colleges in
their localities.
