Job summary:

Medical and surgical ward: Served as a Registered nurse in Medical and surgical ward from
16th November 2012 to 16th August, 2013. Assisted wide range of pre-op and post-op
patients and worked together with the nursing and medical team during nursing and
emergency procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities:

− Implements the standard procedures for each case and delivering quality care to patients
without hesitation.
− Make nursing rounds with the team, makes adjustment of assignment according to
patients’ needs and personnel’s ability.
