    GE Registration Instructions: ODD Semester, 2021-2022 Session
    UG Third Semester
    The UG (undergraduate) students need to study ONE GE (Generic Elective) of 6 credits in their
    third semester. ‘Generic Elective’ is a course to be chosen by a student from a discipline/subject
    OTHER THAN his/her major department, with an intention to seek exposurebeyond his/her
    major discipline/ subject.

    The GE (Generic Elective) courses offered by various departments for Odd Semester, 2021-
    2022 session are as follows. The UG third semester students are requested to choose ANY
    ONE of these courses in the timeline stipulated below.

    The entire registration process is done ONLINE. It is recommended to use a computer system
    instead of mobile phone. To ensure that your registration is done, please crosscheck your name
    in the list of applicants.

    Timeline for Odd Semester, 2020-2021 Session:


    GE registration for Odd Semester, 2021-2022 session will commence from 11.00 am of 18th
    August 2021. All the students shall register latest by 5.00 pm of 31st August 2021. The students
    can also change their GE till 31st August 2021. No changes will be allowed after this period.
    The classes of GE will commence from 23rd August 2021.

    All the students should download their GE registration card between 4th September 2021 and
    7th September 2021, save a copy of it for themselves and also send it to their respective (major)
    departmental coordinator by email latest by 10th September 2021. In the subject line of the
    email, please mention GE Registration Card.

    The students must stick to the registration and change schedule. No request for registration/
    change shall be entertained after the stipulated dates.
