*PLEASE, TAKE TIME READING THE GUIDELINES BEFORE PREPARING YOUR FINAL REPORT TO FAC
ACCURACY OF PRESENTATIONS FOR ALL SCHOOLS IN THE DIVISION, AS WELL AS CONSISTENC
SMEPA REPORTS FOR EASIER DISTRICT CONSOLIDATION.

DMEPA Guidelines:

Prepare a summary of your school's data on relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) following th
format in this Tool. Remember that this Tool will be used only to organize your data, and shall NOT b
pasted in the slides presentation (e.g. MS Powerpoint and Open Office).
On the upper portion of this Tool, the reporting school shall indicate the name of school, district, school
and public schools district supervisor (PSDS). In case of district offices, type N/A for the school and sch
head's name.
Focus your presentation on the quarterly themes, to wit: QUALITY, ACCESS, and GOVERNANCE. Th
objective is to present school/district data which reveal the result/impact of school/district
Programs/Activities/Projects (PAPs), as well as barriers and continuing efforts to mitigate these issues,
improving the delivery of basic education services.

ACCESS shall focus on the following:


a. PAP physical accomplishments (target versus actual);
b. Enrolment (based on June and March SF4); and
c. Dropout (BoSY versus EoSY).
QUALITY shall focus on the following:
a. PAP physical accomplishments (target versus actual);
b. Failures per learning area (as of 4th grading period);
c. Numeracy (pre-test versus post-test) *emphasis on four basic operations
d. Reading literacy (pre-assessment versus post-assessment) **emphasis on non-readers an
learners at frustration level; separate data for English and Filipino
GOVERNANCE shall focus on the following:
a. PAP physical accomplishments (target versus actual);
b. Implementation gaps/ issues;
c. Best practice/s
Physical Output Matrices and SIP-AIP of all schools shall serve as MOVs to be kept in their respective
and one (1) copy at the district office.
This Tool includes report on Financial Accomplishments. All funds and their corresponding sources a
reflected. However, for purposes of identifying the PERCENT OF UTILIZATION, only the MOOE is invo

Present data using applicable Key Stage Areas (KSAs) for elementary or secondary school. Analysis
done horizontally (across grade levels) and vertically (over KSAs).

While proposed actions are important, reports are expected to deal more on ACCOMPLISHMENTS rat
plans.

The three-year trend of data (i.e. increasing, fluctuating, decreasing), as well as internal/external factors
affecting the negative/positive trend may be discussed in the report to support or justify the current data
need NOT be presented in excessive tabular forms. This may be prepared separately as Means of Veri
(MOV).

Using this Tool as reference, the school heads/PSDSs are advised to prepare a 10-15-minute report.

The first slide shall contain presenter details (i.e. name, school, district). The second slide shall reflect a
DASHBOARD SUMMARY or outline of most important data on quarterly themes contained in the prese
A maximum of 25 slides is highly recommended.

There is no need to present the school profile or history unless absolutely necessary.
Presenters may use cue cards or reporting guides for a more organized and logical presentation.

The PSDSs should be PRESENT in the entire duration of presentations to give appropriate feedback,
questions or recommendations.

The PSDSs should call for a meeting before the preparation of reports to discuss these guidelines and
AGREEMENTS as to UNIFORMITY of data to be included in the Tool for easier district consolidation (e
the data is about School Based Feeding Program, will you present the number of beneficiaries, or the n
of Severely Wasted learners made Normal/Wasted? If the data is about Adopt-a-School Program, will y
report the number of partnerships created, or the number of volunteers?)

Hover your cursor over the cells and read carefully the COMMENTS for further instructions.

Add rows as needed, but do NOT modify the main headings or alter the template.
The district should be able to identify schools that contributed to the district's low performance, in terms
dropouts, failures, financial management, reading literacy, numeracy and other KPIs.

The district should also discuss its continuing efforts to provide technical assistance on areas of low
performance.

This Tool should be accomplished by the school head or PSDS. PRINT it and provide a copy to the on-
monitor. However, printing the actual slides presentation is optional.
The PSDS shall collect all Tools in soft copies and submit the CD/DVD to the on-site monitor before
the venue.

Each accomplished Tool shall be saved using the file name: School_ye19MEPA.xlsx (e.g.
TalipanNHS_ye19MEPA.xlsx).
