    9101 resin is a PTA type unsaturated polyester resin with terephthalic acid, maleic
    anhydride and standard diols as the main raw materials ， Soluble in styrene, with high
    viscosity and high reactivity.

    Instructions
    1 、 9101 resin does not contain wax, does not contain accelerators and thixotropic
    additives.
    2、 9101 is usually used with 9262 with low shrinkage molding compound.It is generally
    recommended that the ratio of 9101 to 9262 is 65:35, and the molding temperature is
    175±10℃.It can also be adjusted according to the actual situation.
    3 、 To ensure the storage of SMC/BMC materials, stabilizers should be appropriately
    added during production
    4 、 For the limited molding temperature, it is recommended to choose 9102 resin or
    o-phthalic 9123 resin； It is recommended to choose o-phenylene-neopentyl glycol 9171H
    resin for higher performance requirements.

    4.Unsaturated polyester resin product waste is stored in accordance with the
    GB18597-2001 standard, and the waste disposal is disposed of in accordance with the
    GB18484-2001 standard by incineration. The packaging container must be properly
    disposed of in accordance with local environmental protection regulations.

    5. Unsaturated polyester resin is unstable and should be stored in a cool, ventilated room
    below 25℃. Avoid Fire, keep away from heat and radiation sources, keep the container
    tightly closed, waterproof and sunscreen, and store it separately from oxidants, acids, and
    alkalis. The storage period is 6 months under the premise of meeting the above packaging,
    transportation and storage requirements.
    (The storage period of accelerator-containing resin is 3 months). If the storage
    temperature is higher (not greater than 30°C), the storage period shall not exceed 3
    months (the storage period of accelerator-containing resin shall not exceed 1.5 month
