General Recommendations:
The warranty applies to parts recognised to be defective by our services and will cease to
apply one year after delivery.
The warranty is limited to the straightforward replacement of the part or return to working
order by ourselves according to the case and after assessment in our workshops. Carriage and
labour shall remain payable by the customer.
The warranty does not apply to damage sustained during disassembly or assembly and
transport.
The tyres and flexible hoses are excluded from the warranty.
Any part shipped will be invoiced. A credit note cancelling the invoice will be drawn up after
acceptance, assessment and coming into effect of the warranty.
Note: The design and characteristics of equipment can be modified without notice.
For any request under the warranty or ordering of spare parts, it is important to specify the
serial number shown on the manufacturer’s plate or engraved on the chassis (on the rear
implement or on the machine).
