LESSON PLAN

Unit13 : HOBBIES
Class details : Grade 11
Supervisor : T. Hoàng Ngọc Khanh
Teacher in charge : Lê Thị Kim Cương
Aims : Teaching Speaking
Objectives : By the end of the lesson, Ss will be able to:
 Talk about their hobbies and use some new vocabulary property.

 Talk about collection.

 Improve speaking skill through some exercises.

Teaching aids Textbook, blackboard, handouts and projector

Time allotted : 45 minutes


PROCEDURE

I. Warm * Mining game - Listen to


up - Divide the class into 2 groups. the T’s
(5’) + I would like to divide the class into 2 groups: instructions
group A and group B. and play the
- Tell the Ss rule of the game: game.
+ One member of each group will go and stand
in front of the class.
+ I will give him/her a small paper with given
word.
+ The preventative of each group have to take
turn and then explain the word by using
actions, face expressions, and sound (not
speaking) so that members of each group can
guess the word.
+ Remember that each group has only 3 times
to guess each word.
+ Each group has 4 words for guessing.
+ Group having more correct answers will be
the winner.
