1 Use the search bar to enter the debit card number.

Type here the debit card number and press


‘Enter’

What is fallback?

Whenever a customer process a transaction using a debit card and


instead of using the chip and PIN it uses the magnetic strip. Kinda like a
credit card.

What is Visa Account Updater (VAU)?

Is a service that VISA offers, where they would update card information
automatically with merchants that the customers have done business
with. They can opt-out from this service if they want to, highly suggested
when the debit card info got compromised. Ex. You use your debit card to
pay Spotify. You lose your debit card in a party so you block it and then
you request a new one. You can decide if you’d like to have you new card
information updated automatically with Spotify or not.

Select the reason why the customer would like to
reissue the debit card from the dropdown list.
We have pre design DC (Auburn University, Houston Select the address where the

Linking Accounts

A pop up will appear showing the additional accounts
that can be linked to the DC.

This will show you if the


account is link or not. Select
the account you want to add.

Select the account and add details on the description.
Then click ‘Update’.

Remember that the feature


of link accounts will only
work in our ATMS. If the
customer uses the DC for a

POS/ ATM Limits

A pop up will appear showing the options for the DC
limits.
Select if you want to
increase/decrease.

Place the amount that


the customer wants to
increase to.

‘Save and Continue’.

For increases below $7000.00 and with High Risk Verification

A new window will open, click on ‘Verify’ so you can
enter how the customer was verified.

A pop up will show, please select two that were used to
verify the customer. Click ‘Confirm’ to save the info.
Once you have confirmed a check mark will appear
where the verify button was before.
4 Go below and complete the following details.

show up in the pop up.

Notifications. Also you’ll be able to add a new one.

Select this option whenever the customer is requesting to


have a debit card sent because the one he currently has is
damaged/ broken, the debit card is not working in the ATM,
or a Change of Name is needed. The customer will receive a
debit card with the same card number but different CVV
and expiration date.

FYI, this is something that can be done through Client


Vista so you actually won’t need to use Alnova. But it is
good for you to know.

PIN Reissue

Select this option whenever the customer is requesting to


have a letter sent with a new PIN for the debit card. Useful
when the customer wants to change the PIN and can not do
it through OLB or does not have a branch near.
