1 Overview:
Objective:
Network feasibility test
Benchmark with reference devices
Limitation / Bug identifications
Recommendation
Before commercialization it is mandatory for all the CPE (Modem/Router) to complete the Network
feasibility and benchmark test in QUBEE Bangladesh radio network. Greenpacket has introduced UT-235
P1 & 4G Surfing branded (identically both are same) USB Modem whose functionality and benchmark is
tested in QUBEE Bangladesh radio network.
Test Packages:
4mbps, 20mbps.
Benchmark device:
QUBEE commercial CPE (Modem / Router) are used as reference device:
SWU-3400AN(Rocket)
Participants:
Name Company Responsibility
Mohammad Akramul Islam QUBEE Modem Testing

5 Observations:
Device chipset is MTK7118, so it’s contain all the known bugs (Issue list table for reference).
CINR value fluctuates very rapidly in poor RF condition on average.
Greenpacket UT-235 shows 3 to 4dB less CINR in GUI in comparison to reported value in BS.
8 Recommendation:
Major issues must be resolved before commercial launch.
